She took my fiance's song list, played nearly everything on it and knew what to add so it flowed beautifully. Many guests commented to me how much they liked the music. And even the small things -- We had cupcakes. She announced they were ready, and on her own, thought to ask those who don't need gluten-free to leave those for our family members who do. My daughter wanted to go to a spa and I found this one online. My daughters and friend got manis, pedis, and facials. They loved their experience. They wore robes and felt fancy. My only complaints were that I thought with the facials they would be in a comfortable seat and have cucumbers on their eyes but that didn't happen. My daughter wanted cucumbers, and the facial was done before I could take a pic. Another thing is that some of the staff were not talking with the girls to make it more fun while getting the services. The owners daughter (im bad with names) was very friendly and was talking to the girls and myself . She made the whole experience memorable from the moment we got there. She made sure my son and husband were comfy while waiting for the girls to finish by giving them chairs and pillows and putting a movie for them. She was very nice and had great customer service I would take them again for another spa day hopefully the minor tweaks would be made by then.

When we exchanged feedback, Instead of taking accountability, I was blamed for not filling out a single form despite being "the most organized bride to work with". They kept adding prices and new things to it when enough was enough and I reached out to Matt with Hospitality Butler. Immediately Matt took the time to call me while he was in an airport after a conference to just help me out. Miraculously, my wedding date was free at the venue he works with and I was thankful to get it. Matt has been so calming. Understanding. And handled every bump and hurdle with grace.
