When I called for clarity, I was met with rudeness and then pushed to the owner, who was slick, dishonest, and showed zero care or interest in our wedding. And please know this: if your wedding is in October of any year, and it's outside their tiny 20-minute delivery radius, you are not welcome, and they could care less. It's clear they'd rather hoard their inventory for bigger jobs during busy season than actually help couples on their big day. They don't care about your wedding, your time, or your trust. Everything seemed to click, we spoke on the phone for almost an hour going over everything after my first wedding day coordinator canceled a couple months ago due to health reasons. She was nice, listened to what I want, was quick to respond. After payment was received, she went ghost... but then emailed me a few days before my wedding saying Chris would be coming to coordinate and he was great and everything..... But then, she, or Chris, or anyone, did not show up on my wedding day. I'm lucky - my bridesmaids were on top of things, we rehearsed a lot, and my venue had an event staff person who was above and beyond.
