Called Charleston location to buy Faherty mens scenic zip up jacket. Lexi was one of the great people to help me. She was so helpful and called the Asheville store and hooked me up with the right sized jacket that was sold out everywhere but their stores. She made my day and the jacket was everything I was expecting and I received within the week. I so appreciate Lexi's and Asheville stores extra calling to help me. Big fan of little boutiques like this. We visited on a Friday evening and there was a DJ and CHAMPAGNE!! Who gives out champagne for shoppers?! Of course that helped a bit with my purchase anxiety... lol. The prices are a bit on the higher side of a causal boutique, with brands like Free People and Sanctuary, Hazel Twenty had a boho/anthro type feel. There was some range in the prices, bu this is not where you should expect to buy a $10 t-shirt. Come here for a cute outfit, for a special occasion or to get something totally unique. The staff was so sweet and personable. They helped look for sizes, and when I couldn't find my size in something, they suggested similar styles. read more

Had truly the worst experience at this store today. While on a girls trip with my mom, we passed by the store agreeing how cute it looked and we walked in. We weren't greeted by a single person. While being stared down, my mom noticed the cute dog sleeping on the couch and called my name to look. We didn't go near or even touch the dog while the girl behind the counter cut her eyes at us and continued to stare. Feeling so uncomfortable we proceeded to leave. No doubt the first place in Asheville I've EVER felt judged. We didn't even have a few minutes to look without feeling very uninvited and uncomfortable. I hate we had this experience, many cute items but we won't be back. Seemed like a really cool place to shop. Loved the brands - Alden, Billy Reid, Filson, etc. I purchased a Billy Reid shirt for $208. I liked it so much that I though about buying another color. I went online to Billy Reid's website and noticed that the full list price for the shirt was $198. I checked the tag on the shirt that I bought and sure enough, it has a $208 price sticker on it. I peeled the sticker away and, sure enough, it covered the original $198 Billy Reid tag. I am all for supporting small businesses, but some of them make it hard when they take advantage of their loyal customers. I guess that beer that they offered me when I walked in was not really "free." read more

Don't go in here if you aren't dressed to par because you'll walk around getting dirty looks. We noticed all of the dressed up people were offered champagne but we weren't, I guess leggings and a t shirt isn't good enough. It's a shame because the store has super cute items. read more

Maybe it was the champagne they give you to sip maybe it was the sweetest most amazing staff. But I had the best experience shopping here. I saw a jumper in the window that I had to try on. Of course I found a few other things that caught my eye. They have a range of price points and styles to suite most. Best of all sometimes there's the cutest french bulldog named Maisy to greet you. This is my favourite boutique to shop in downtown Asheville. The variety of clothing, the weekend champagne and the smiling staff are among a few of the reasons I continue to return. I went here the last time I was in Asheville and fell in love. I bought 5 items and easily could've bought more! They also give champagne while you shop, which is a nice touch.
