Not really paying attention to anything on my body unless I pointed it out and I have had many melanomas. My last melanoma was treated by him. I questioned, in my mind, how he removed it but thought he knew best. I stopped going to him due to his rush in and out type of visit in 2020. Last week, 3 1/2 years later I found out I still have the melanoma that he was supposed to have removed and now I have to have surgery again. Would not go to him with anything serious.

No one ever explained to us that there was another step required beyond our doctor sending over the prescription. We simply did not know. That lack of knowledge on our part lead to a negative review. It was a negative review so they called us. Ashley was immediately confrontational on the phone and called me abusive, although she was the one berating me. That being said, Ashley was absolutely cruel and callous over the phone, even taunting us "Goodluck" getting our meds and laughing for us to have. "Merry Christmas. Hahaha (a wild thing for a pharmacist to do) and hung up on me. All wildly unprofessional. I even called her back and attempted to reconcile although her behavior was abhorrent. It clearly did not work hence this second review. This is no laughing matter. Just kind of sad honestly. The other woman there seemed very nice. We will have to find a new place and I suppose that is what is best. Their management needs training. That's the bottom line. Disappointed more than anything. There are other compounding pharmacies. We will be fine. I wish them well, and thank them for their guidance after the fact and for the good luck wishes!
