We were happy with our massages and plan to come here regularly esp with them being 5 minutes from home. Place was clean. They weren't really busy at all when we arrived. Because of that, I felt comfortable referring a family member to give it a try a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, her experience was disappointing and honestly concerning. While her massage itself was already less than stellar, the situation at the end was what really crossed the line. She tipped her masseuse, Nancy, $10 -- which she felt was appropriate based on the service she received. Instead of accepting it, Nancy became visibly upset and began demanding more money, creating a very uncomfortable and unprofessional scene. My family member tried to calmly explain her reasoning, but Nancy continued to insist, and the situation escalated to the point where additional money was given just to diffuse the confrontation. Tipping should always be based on the quality of service and given voluntarily. It should never be demanded or coerced. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business as a whole. I'm sharing this not to attack, but to highlight an experience that needs attention. No customer should feel pressured or uncomfortable when leaving a business.

My masseuse also spent an uncomfortable amount of time on my glutes, basically manhandling it which felt more like an ass grab than a muscle massage. To make it worse, she lifted the sheet for my leg massage while she was still straddling me, and thrusted against my butt and held it there for a moment before getting of the bed to begin the leg massage. She used a heavy amount of massage oil, I was practically dripping, and due to the length of the butt massages, I had about 5 minutes of the final part of the massage when you flip over onto your back. Have you guys ever heard of someone rubbing on your pelvis during a massage? Because I've never had that happen it me. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt fetishized. I tried to look into it she even had a massage license and couldn't find her name. I believe her name was Jie Dong. So yeah, please do your research before going in here. It would take her at least good 5-10 minutes to get her hot stone and towels. She saturated my skin with oil. It was not a well pointed massage. She did glided her elbow towards my bony parts... which of course hurts. My muscles are still stiff. Neck can't still turn fully. I wish I had driven further to my usual place. She expected a tip towards the end. Different expectations I guess. I gave her what I thought the service deserved which would be close to nothing. Sorry.
