I have had inflammation and hardness in my lower back areas and so I booked an appointment with Tanae. She had a gentle touch and immediately could feel the areas that needed to be tended to. She also could tell I needed to have further treatment in the problematic areas. She was very sweet with a great personality! Parking is very easy during the weekday so that was an added bonus! He gifted it back to us, but when we went to use it, they wouldn't allow it because it had recently expired. Under California law, Civil Code Section 1749.5, it is illegal not to honor gift certificates, and illegal to sell gift certificates with an expiration date. This was incredibly poor business practice, and it saddened me that these people are that ignorant of the law or corrupt. I would not patronize this place ever again and encourage everyone to find another place to get a massage.
