Without going into too much boring detail, my husband and I have an unusual email/Outlook configuration - same email address, two formats, three devices, etc., and I had lost all my Outlook folders - arrgh! I requested a home visit so I would have all the information that might be needed at hand. Within a few hours, owner Justin returned my call and said he would be at my home the next morning. He showed up on time, patiently listened to my non-tech explanation of our Outlook goals, and went right to work. With expert tech skills on his side and held breath on my side, and both of us occasionally crossing our fingers, Justin worked his magic and Outlook was configured for our needs (even better than it had been before) and I got all my Outlook folders back - YAY! The visit lasted two hours - about one hour was for the Outlook concern and the other hour was filled with small fixes and reorganizations that most 12-year-olds could manage but that I either did not know how to do or was afraid of the consequences if I tried. The store had the machine in stock, and I appreciated that an associate brought it out to my car for me. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there wasn't a display model available to see before purchasing, and the customer service was fairly average. Overall, a smooth transaction and I'm looking forward to using my new Ninja.

They removed my old fridge and leaked water all over my new wood flooring and refused to go thru garage instead leaked water all the way to the front door. They said they needed to take the doors off the new one and removed it out of the box and left. They did not place in the kitchen like stated. The whole reason for placement in the small one story kitchen was because of back problems that I cannot simply lift. These guys called their manager which stated yes they can place in the kitchen and they simply left without doing so. So next time u need delivery and install think twice they don't follow instruction. I give Best Buy customer service delivery contractors a negative -5.
