Once we had identified a few quartzite slabs that we liked, he joined my wife to take a look at them and make sure they matched what we were looking for. He interacted with the manager of the stone store to make sure they removed the slabs from the stack so my wife could clearly see all of the slab face. We ended up picking two slabs. Communication throughout the process was very professional and he helped us manage a challenge with the size of the sink and made sure that what we purchased would work for our situation. We had one question post-install and he quickly came back to address the issue without a problem. I am stunned by how good the countertops turned out and how smooth the whole process was (even factoring in having the kitchen a mess for a while during the painting process). The existing top was cultured marble and definitely due for an upgrade. Because it was a smaller project, our sales rep, Jill, suggested using a remnant slab--an idea that saved us a lot of money. We found a beautiful quartz remnant that was the perfect color and size. Next, their technician came out to take final measurements and create a template for fabrication. He also recommended using leftover stone to cap the pony wall next to the vanity, which was a great suggestion. The installers did excellent work and handled everything smoothly, including swapping the plywood cutout from a round sink to a square one and mounting the sink we provided.
