I had my own piece of countertop Stone that needed to be cut and fabricated for 2 sinks, 2 faucets and a backsplash. I put out a request online, and Pablo responded within an hour. He had me a price within 2 hours of that and was able to come out the next day. Pick up my countercops, fabricate them, that same day and and reinstall them the next day. I can't say enough about the incredible service that Pablo provides for his customers, fast, trustworthy and reliable. I also must say that I am a mechanical contractor myself and pay very close attention to the type of service that other companies give me. Pablo did an excellent job! We hired him to drill two holes in our quartz countertop for a reverse osmosis faucet and a soap dispenser. He was meticulous about making sure everything was perfectly aligned. We also asked him to repair a few cracks on the edges of the countertop. He carefully matched the filler to the existing color and even went above and beyond by removing a stain we hadn't been able to get out. We hired Pablo to correct something our original granite fabricator/installer screwed up - they didn't leave a big enough space for our refrigerator and our stove - in fact, they placed our stovetop *on top* of our granite countertop to make it fit. And our new refrigerator got scratched up when moving it into the cubby as it was barely wide enough to fit fridge. On the day the work was to take place (10/29/2021), Pablo texted me to let me know that he was running a little behind and gave us his new ETA (which was only 8 minutes later than he promised to be there) - this impressed me as prompt communication usually not contractors' strong suit. Boyfriend was the one home with them overseeing their work and boyfriend texted me to say, "Granite guys are done. Guys were perfect. Left it as clean as they found it." Pablo started work the Friday after Thanksgiving on installing quarts in our kitchen and two bathrooms.We were yet to move into our home and we were coordinating three contractors. Pablo said they would be done in two weeks. After two weeks I contacted Pablo and not much was done as he said he had to go back and finish up other jobs. (something he never mentioned before. New information) I informed him that the floor people were starting soon and the painters would be there on January 2. Continuously from that point on I had to call and check on his progress and it's a good thing I didn't tell him the real date the painters were starting was January 8 and our plans were to move in January 16 and could not be changed as our house had been sold. He finish the kitchen by January 7 after promising to be done by January 2, but still had to finish up on the bathrooms and other areas. We moved in on January 16 and of course he didn't even put electrical covers on the island even though he had promised to do so 10 days ago. Since then I have requested he completes the job but he always has excuses and has use the Covid excuse two times. I called him and asked him if he was coming out the next day as promised and he said no he had Covid. When was he going to tell me he wasn't coming. Not only that the dishwasher was put in improperly and I had to hire someone else to realign it as it would not work right. The two stars is for not being thorough in his following up on the details and all the stress and hounding I had to do that he put us through as we had no idea if he would finish in time five weeks after he started the job. And for the misleading and failure to follow through on his promises which are rude and basically insulting to be misled. One mistake I made was after he finished the kitchen he pleaded with me to get paid as he needed money to pay his workers. We've bent over backwards to accommodate him and once he got the money as you can hear he can not come out to finish the little details. I had considered hiring him to do the master bathroom but I don't think it's worth the stress of a project that may never end given his track record. Finally we ordered screws from Lowe's and figured out how to install electrical covers on our own. Thanks Pablo for being so thorough and really caring. He is very professional from the stat to end for the entire project. He came in first to check the job and recommended where i should look for the slabs. After I spend several months to decide on the granite slabs, he came over checked the sizes of the sinks, made templates, and then picked up the slabs, fabricated in his shop. After doing some research and speaking with several countertop installers, we hired Pablo and team for the installation of our quartz countertop and could not be happier. We have a non-standard corner sink in our kitchen and it was not a straight-forward L-shape countertop. On the opposite side of the kitchen, we have a counter that it is higher than the countertop on the other side and Pablo was able to 'waterfall' the quartz material over the edge to the counter height, so that the veining pattern was continuous.
