I recommend this company. On March 13, 2021, I texted them and took a few pictures. I was looking for an estimate. In ten minutes I got one. They came out the next day, Sunday (which I was amazed they would be working). They took measurements and brought along samples for laminate countertops. We chose one right there. About an hour later, they gave me the final price. It was very reasonable. Only 10 days later (March 24, 2021), the countertops were installed. Talk about fast. This company was prompt, if not early, for their appointment to take measurements, and worked hard to get the countertops installed. I highly recommend supporting this small company. From the very beginning communication with Teresa was great, she replied and sent emails timely and kept me updated on the ordering timeframe and building of countertops. I would have to say I am not a happy camper as the beginning started off good but then that went out the window. I will start with positives first. finished product looked great and clean and location is in a good spot to get too. The negative parts unfortunately way out more in this situations. Communication was only thru text or email as I asked several times if there was anyone I can speak too or to have someone call me as somethings were getting miss read. When I sent original measurements and specs for a quote I got a price and then when I collected money from my client I messaged back to inform I was ready to proceed and sent my sketches in and with no changes made the pricing went up $200 and then the communicate went a stray. ( my associate saw all the emails and communication going on and did say " walk away " ) keep in mind I only was using them cause they were all I could find in a pinch to get laminate Wilson Art tops done or I would of done them myself. Then we basically argued via email and text for a weeks as to why increase and miscommunication and I tried to find another vendor but that went cold so I had to eat it and move forward with them as time was wasted. Now I mentioned " I think I messed up my measurements" as when I finally got back into the client office for this add-on I noticed I round up my inches somehow that the original contractor was not constant with his install sizing and they said yes no worries we can adjust it so let us know and bring it back. So yes the contractor who did the original counters did not do standard measurements so all of it was off cause I rushed to get these done which in design it happens but I was over not under so easy fix...well not so much. I took them back and marked what and where I needed cuts done and instead of being like ok yes we can adjust these like I was told and billing me they proceeded to argue and question what I was asking when I said I literally " just need these cut down and I will be ok nothing else to worry about." Nope still kept going. Then I was asked "well if you do this all the time why didn't you get me the correct measurements" ( from I assume son that was helping the main lady ) and that was it and proceed to explain" cause it happens and it was a rushed job as I already admitted to possibly giving wrong measurements. " So now I have to cut down myself and risk it breakage and all I wanted was this to be an easy build so I can just install them. I would never go back or suggest them to other designer as the final result in communicate was rude and very hard to keep established. read more

The service we received from Robert and Teresa was pretty much as good as it gets. This was my husband Jeff's and my first countertop replacement project. We wanted to update the original 1962 formica countertops in a rental home we own with an updated style and pattern. The service we received was prompt, punctual, and professional. I was also able to meet Robert in the office to look at samples and go over our design/measurements. We ordered late Wednesday afternoon and the countertop was finished on the following Monday! They delivered it right when they said they would be here. The countertop is exactly what we wanted it to be and looks fabulous! I cannot speak to how it will hold up over time since it's been less than a month, but so far so good. My experience with this company was a negative one. The office is not run professionally and the office assistant was rude and lacking in the knowledge required to help customers. After they cancelled my installation, I went with another company that was top notch. It ended up costing me less and I was very pleased with the finished product.
