I went in tonight about 30 minutes before closing and asked for my same thing I always ask for. She informed me that that would be a waste of my money and I wouldn't get any tan from the lower beds? that they I must purchase from a higher bed to achieve a long lasting tan. I asked if she was trying to talk me out of a service that I asked for and I'm willing to pay for. Again she repeated herself saying that tanning for the next few days with the lower bed would be useless. I wonder if her manager knows that she's talking people out of getting services and because I know my body and I know they're tanning beds that I've used I know that I will achieve the light tan I was trying to achieve. And instead, I will drive a little bit further down the road and go to celebrity tanning where they have a comparable bed and use my accelerant since this location of Perfect Tan -no longer wants to serve their community.

I went to get a classic full set and it was my first appointment. Hailee was my lash artist and she was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I love how my set came out (and I'm super picky!). It took about 2.5 hours total in and out for my appointment. The relaxing spa music and generally quiet ambiance made it relaxing enough to take a nap during my appointment. The building they're located in is shared by other businesses. They have a studio toward the back which was easy to find. Denise was waiting for me when I arrived, I mentioned it was my first spray tan and whether that affected how she walked me through the process I don't know but it was great! She explained the process the different options and results of each. She really gave me all the information I needed without unnecessary details. Super helpful for my first time. Overall she walked me through every step of the process made me feel super comfortable, she was upbeat, positive, and she followed up the next day to see how the tan was doing. Again this is a studio setting it's a single room with just the two of you in the studio which I liked, and Denise made it a great first experience, and what I most appreciated was that I felt like I knew everything to expect and to do following the visit.

I had my wedding coming up and it was my first time getting a spray tan, so she texted me and took over my booking. She perfectly matched me and my skin tone. YOU WILL NOT LOOK ORANGE. So I guess I don't have anything to compare this to. But I do know that it's not lookin great. I was super nervous about the whole process. I wanted a very natural and pretty light tan. I did everything i needed to (from my research ) exfoliated 24 hours before, didn't moisturize etc. When I was there, I felt pretty uncomfortable and I didn't get anything explained to me. There weren't any sticky pads or anything to stand on (the soles of my feet are SO dark), no barrier cream, hair net, nothing. I really don't mean to bash on this company or anything, I just would have liked to know these things before deciding to get this spray tan. I am VERY orange. I have patches where there must have been more product. Just uneven everywhere. I'm really disappointed :(

I asked for a dark tan I needed it to last for 5 days. She didn't buff anything sprayed me in less than 5 min. I barely even had a tan line the next day. I emailed her and asked for a refund with no response. Lesson learned. She clearly doesn't enjoy her job anymore and is always in a hurry.
