Quality customer service and professionalism from initial contact through installation. Contacted a number of companies to obtain estimates and most never responded and those that did respond did not leave an impression they were qualified or knowledgeable. Chris responded immediately with a personal and professional approach followed by a very upfront estimated based on a thorough conversation to asses the scope of installation. Chris and Emilio showed up on time and walked me through each step of the installation and set up the new TV and actually revised the bid downward as elements of the install were not needed or they found a better way. The TV is mounted about a high fireplace and can not compliment the precision clean aesthetics of the mounting enough. Additionally, having an AV processor and amps the audio and video set up was not that straight forward and they kept at it until all was working correctly and walked me through each function and detail spending much more time and effort than they needed to. Chris is so great. Easy to work with and the consummate professional. He didn't even get flustered when I changed my plan the day before his arrival. I needed to get a new TV and a mounting bracket so the TV could be rotated. He said he would take care of everything. I don't really care if my TV is big or has anything special. I only wanted Roku. Chris actually went to Best Buy, sent me a link to a TV. We agreed to a TV. Chris bought the TV and a warranty and even put it under my phone number so I could access it easily in the future. He and his associate came in and installed the TV which wasn't the easiest task as it was being installed above a brick fireplace with nothing but pure brick. They had to drill into the brick and put an outlet next to the mounting bracket. They also had to find power as the nearest outlet is not working. They did such a great job and I am so happy with the finished product. Chris charged me the price he paid for the TV, and gave me the receipt. He also charged me for the mounting bracket and such a reasonable price for the installation, I actually felt like he deserved more. If I had extra money, I would have tipped him in a heart beat. The best part about them is that they truly care about the product and their service. When they delivered my TV, they made sure to take it out the box and ensure it is functioning. Chris is your guy! Fantastic customer service and very reasonable pricing. I got a sonos soundbar on Black Friday and wanted to mount that to my wall underneath my tv. I quickly did a search on Yelp and found HD Custom Installation. Called and was greeted by Chris, the owner. Because I was in a hurry to mount my soundbar to my wall, I asked if he could come asap. He was able to come on a Sunday at 10am. What I like about Chris is he's VERY detailed. He measured everything properly to make sure my soundbar was straight and centered. I'm very anal when it comes to things like that so it was great to have someone who gets that!
