She wants the meat medium to medium well. This was rare, so she sent it back and just went to the salad bar again. No offer to comp with a dessert (which we can't eat) or a gift card. They didn't charge her for the entree, but did for the salad bar. So, don't go when it's busy. This is the second time in two weeks we were not seated at our reservation time. Last time, we waited over an hour - again- with a reservation. I get restaurants are having it tough, but when folks have a res, that means seated within a couple minutes. Both my wife, I and others in our party have worked night clubs. A reservation is made for a reason. It isn't a suggested time, it is a reserved time. Once, OK, it happens. Twice, not OK. It'll be awhile before we go back.
