The job entailed removing dirt and debris on the roof. They used 3 different cleaning solutions and hot water pressure. If you want a very clean wash, make sure the company uses hot water to remove stains quickly. The roof went from dirty grey to brilliant white like orginal. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot - it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better. Jim was fantastic. This was a wonderful experience; he was very caring about our project, our property and our needs. He made suggestions that saved me hundreds of dollars.
