I filled…read moreout the online application and was called back later and put through to a sales associate who explained to me what was all involved and what the costs would be with the different packages. I opted for a one-time 3 hour package that was supposed to include deep cleaning. My main concern was my bathroom. On Tuesday July 30th 2024 the cleaning crew showed up at about 9:30 AM. There were three individuals which was overkill for what I needed, They stayed for about an hour and then came and got me to inspect. There was very little to clean in the kitchen and living room, but my bedroom and bathroom were the main concern. When I inspected my bathroom the floor was still filthy as well as the shower. There was mold they said they could not address which I was fine with and I understood, but the floor, shower doors, and blinds were filthy (see pictures) The ceiling fan in my bedroom was filthy. After I asked them to do a better job on my bathroom twice they eventually left without a word while I was working downstairs in my office. I received a call from a company representative in response to my review that they sent me and was explained that they were there for over an hour and there were 3 people so that made up the three hours. At that point I knew I was duped so when the representative offered to send someone else out again I declined realizing that I had been scammed so I did not want them back in my house. I would warn anybody who decides to hire this company that they are scam artists and have deceptive practices so beware

(Yep... I was that kid who watched Murphy Brown and Thirtysomething when I was all of 10. What?) Anyway, I can't say enough nice things about Clean Queens L.A.'s owner, Aleks, her sister Sofia, and their service. They've accommodated my schedule and periodic changes, listened to my requests, and consistently do a great job at my apartment. Are they the absolute cheapest in La-La Land? No. But they're very fairly priced for what they do. Their initial deep clean was phenomenal, and the upkeep has been consistently good - especially considering that I now don't do ANYTHING cleaning-wise between weekly visits (who has time when you work F/T, are 8 mos preggo and have a toddler?) *and* I have a long-haired black dog who sheds enough to manufacture sweaters out of. Anyway, you should try them out. They're a small business who is really working hard to do it RIGHT. :-)

Picture it: You're a single professional who scheduled her long overdue deep cleaning of her apartment when you're struck with food poisoning. This was me on Saturday. I could barely function except to take my dog to the groomer (what can I say a deposit was involved). Enter the scene: The wonderful Elisabeth. Her work on my apartment was so exceptional that it looks brand new. She attended to every detail. At a certain point I bemoaned from my sickbed that I wasn't going to be able to move to let her tackle the bedroom as I had hoped. That didn't stop her from making sure every other square centimeter of my home was perfect -she went above and beyond in every way all while graciously managing a sick client in the other room. She was also very kind to my dog who was getting bored with me and would go out into the living room to see her. All this detail is to say that this is a company of really flexible and kind human beings (Igor too!), who understand that are our homes are our spaces that we cherish, and also sometimes where we need to heal. They understand the relationship between a newly, tenderly cleaned home and peacefulness and they gave that to me when I was at a real low. AngelicClean really lives up to the name and then some.
