I've been having issues with my son constantly losing his Hydro Flask. I'm disappointed with the lack of professionalism I experienced. I initially reached out on Monday and spoke with Hugh regarding the details of a job I needed completed. We agreed to meet on Wednesday at noon. However, leading up to our scheduled meeting, I attempted to contact him via text, phone, and email, but received no response. When I arrived on Wednesday, I was informed by his colleague that Hugh was not working that day and is only available on Mondays and Tuesdays--contradicting the arrangement we had made. This lack of communication and follow-through was both inconvenient and unprofessional. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent similar situations in the future. read more
