When I've had questions, they've answered fast and honestly. I did have one window issue, but they're still batting in the high .900s. They swapped the tint under warranty, no drama, no eye roll, just "swing by and we'll fix it." I recommend them to anyone who asks where to get tint done. Wrapping? Looks awesome from what I've seen in the shop, but I haven't gone that route (none of my cars have been wrapped... yet). My only "complaint," which is really a compliment in disguise: their time estimates tend to drift by about 30 to 45 minutes. That's because they refuse to rush your car off the line. Every vehicle gets meticulous attention, and they hand it back like they're genuinely proud of the work. I'll trade an extra half hour for that kind of quality any day. Five stars. Sure the mark had broken through the paint, I dreaded both the price tag and repair challenge, considering the car's paint is that tricky pearl white. Brad excused himself and momentarily returned with a cohort, spray bottle and clean white cloth, which they carefully applied all along the mark. It took a bit of scrubbing, but the mark disappeared! Brad could have taken the car in, merely cleaned it with his magic potion, kept it for however many days, presented it to me as "repaired" and charged me a tidy sum--which I'd have happily paid, delighted that the car looked like new. He charged me nothing. Not that I wish for another car booboo, but I certainly know where I'll go to get it fixed: GOTT AUTO BODY!

I have a car that is 6 months old. Single rider majority of the time…read more Purchased the Platinum wash. It was explained that level of service included all options. The interior service was unacceptable! I asked to speak with an associate. This is an overview is the comments I made and the response of the employee. There was mediocre attempt to vacuum the weather tech floor mats were still dirty. We require extra payment to power wash the mats. I am a first time customer and this service was provided at other similar places. The vacuum service was subpar. Many places I could still see where they had not touched. The employee stated they could re-do the vacuum service. The arm rest had a coffee mark on it and was still there. No remark with a shoulder shrug. The seats still had crumbs in the creases. There also no attempt to wipe fingerprints off the center console where there is brushed chrome. And the outside was no better. There was no tire shine applied to my tires. And the rims were not cleaned and mud was still on the mud tire wells There was the offer of a redo of the vacuum. There should have been entire redo of the interior service. As a first time customer, this was a horrible experience. Not sure if this is the level of service that is typical or if the facility is poorly managed
