Brought in car after a fender bender, working with my insurance. This shop managed to take over 40 days to fix something estimated to be less than 10 days of work. Had to pay out of pocket because they had my car longer than the 30 days of a rental insurance covered. Also made me pay more for OEM parts because allegedly the aftermarket parts my insurance quoted didn't fit. We are very impressed with the repair of the right side passenger door and corner panel of our Jeep Grand Cherokee, which someone backed into while exiting a parking space. I have to say, the customer service was absolutely above and beyond. I had used them prior and everything of course was great so when I needed my car repaired again, I immediately called them. When I picked up my car, I had numerous issues with the battery. It was a fairly new one so didn't make sense. They took my car back and tested over and over to find out why my car wouldn't start. After a weekend of needing a jumpstart on numerous occasions, which they assisted with, no questions asked there still was no resolve. They picked up my car and took it to the dealer to hopefully find the problem. No one saw anything abnormal. All said and done Jeff's auto body replaced the battery to just make sure I didn't have to go another place and be without my car. Jeff's Body Shop does fantastic work! I recently had a run in with a giant flower pot ;( Jeff's got me in for an estimate which was done quickly and reasonably. Jon Haislip was estimator and looked for repair parts vs full assemblies for me. He gave me an estimate and told me that if I dropped my car off on Monday they'd have it back to me by Friday. On Wednesday that week Jon called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up and the cost came in as quoted. I was floored when I picked up my car. My car went into Jeff's body shop 2/2022 after a shop crashed it during a dyno tune session, it was finished 11/22. When I received the car back the chrome on my front wheels was flaking off very badly (they were pristine when the car went into the body shop). I also had new Braun leather seats in the car, when I got it back either someone sat in the driver's seat with a screwdriver in their pocket and they tried to repair the hole or there its a cigarette burn. The driver's side door speaker grille is missing. My beautiful engine compartment was completely covered in paint sanding dust, no attempt to detail the car was made. The fiberglass bumper was rubbing the bumper fillers in 2 places and it rubbed the new paint off. I had to remove the bumper and clearance it and reposition it so it fit right. The interior is filled with dust, guess they left the windows open when they were sanding. The paint is bubbling on the bumper they painted in 1 spot and the bumper was not smoothed down in a couple of places before it was painted so some deep scratches are visible through the paint. There was clearcoat overspray on the LF wheel. So it will cost 1k to replace the front wheels which are totally trashed. I havn't decided what to do with the damaged driver's seat. This is a 75k high-end hot rod that was treated like a Chrysler K-car. This is a smash and grab shop, do not take your prized possession there expecting anything more than ordinary low-grade work. read more

I highly recommend Jeff's Body Shop! I took my Honda Pilot there after they repaired my husband's Toyota Takoma. Jon was courteous and professional, and he gave me an estimate for my car, on the spot, when we picked up the truck. The price was reasonable and such a pleasant surprise after the first estimate I got. The contrast really made the other estimate seem outrageous. My car looks pretty again (new front bumper, and horn repair), and it was done in 3 days, as promised. He even referred me to a business that could repair some interior cabin wear and tear. I'll give 3 stars since they did a great job on the repairs to my SUV...and the clean up was very nice. However, the repairs took way too long for the damage. I left my vehicle on Dec 5 and didn't get it back until Jan 6...a whole month! But the worst part really was the lack of communication...they never initiated any calls to me concerning the status of my vehicle...I had to constantly call them for an update. Please consider this constructive feedback and do better communicating with your customers. read more

Great customer service. I recently brought my historic vw in after it was hit. Theresa was fantastic, both over the phone and in person. She gave me a quick estimate and assessment of the damage. Due to the nature of my custom paint job she was professional and honest and recommended another company who would be better suited to do the work. Poor customer service experience... I was given 2 quotes on day 1; when I returned to turn in my car for work, I informed the woman at the desk about which quote/repairs I wanted to go with; Jon, who sat next to this woman, was busy with another customer; when I informed this woman and gave her my keys, I made mention that "I don't need to do anything else? Wow that was easy enough" When I was called to pick up my car, I asked about the total cost; I was told that it was more than estimated and that they had been in contact with my insurance company for paying the difference; however, when I mentioned that I didn't want a certain part of the repair done as I told the woman on day 1, Jon had no idea as to what I was talking about and claimed it was not written anywhere or ever told to him. When I went in to get my car the woman was also sitting there; I again told Jon that I was unhappy at the fact that what I requested wasn't done and instead I now owed more money out of pocket; she spoke up to say that I never spoke to her about the repairs I did not want done and that she did not write anything done; basically calling me a LIAR. To "make things right", they reduced my total by $100; however, neither of them took fault or said, "I am sorry this happened, that was my error"; humans make mistakes! However, to me this was a slap in the face and another way to make a few more bucks. Ultimately, from what I can tell so far, the work was done well; however, the experience I had was very upsetting and disappointing; I felt as though, I got "got". Jon, the gentleman whom I dealt with throughout my time except for the key drop off, seemed to care, although I'm not sure it was genuine; after the experience its hard to trust and believe in anyone in the car industry. read more

Wow, I was amazed at the service here. Drove up and within 5 minutes had an estimate. Within 30 minutes, my problem - albeit minor for them but major for me - was fixed! Dealer estimated 300 bucks; Jeff's fixed me up for $70. Pleasant staff, comfortable waiting area, convenient location, and (unlike many auto shops) was neat and clean. I went to Jeff's to repair damaged body parts on my Subaru Outback from a deer collision. They did a magnificent job and everything looked new when they finished. They processed the insurance paperwork online when I visited and within 1/2 hour I had insurance company approval and an appointment for repair. They also lined up a rental car for me to use while my auto was in the shop. They dropped me off at the car rental place and everything. I always take my car to Jeff's when the body needs work. 2 weeks ago, some jerk backed into the side of my car while I was in the grocery store. He did not leave a note. This is a family business...that is, they care for you and your car like family! My wife's collectable Volvo was almost technically totalled by the adjuster before we appealed after discussing potential repair with Manager Ted and his crew. Not only did they "save" her baby, we defy anyone to tell the repaired area from the rest of the car. It took a couple of weeks but we received regular updates on progress to ease our apprehension. At pickup, the entire car was detailed and presented as one would have expected for a new car--not a 12-yr old from Sweden. Epilogue: Now two years later, returned for a tailight replacement caused by a parking lot Walmartian. Despite our appointment falling just before Blizzard2016, they kept our car protected and had it once again detailed and ready for pickup when we were. The work done by Jeff's was done on time and within the estimate. Six weeks after the repair a piece of the interior came loose in the area of the car that was repaired. It appeared some plastic tabs were broken or had come loose during the reinstallation. The customer service rep Will, who we worked with ordered a new interior piece and replaced it without hesitation. I was happy the car looked like new when we picked it up but the fact they stood behind their work later is what will make me go back and recommend them to friends. read more

Took my 2016 Lexus to Jeff's on the recommendation of my Lexus service advisor. Also liked the idea that it was a lexus certified body shop and they had good reviews on Yelp. Everyone at Jeff's was very gracious and friendly. They kept me updated on status of mycar and I received it back timely. It's only been a few days, but the work looks great. My only issue was a long white mark on the textured trim that turned out to be wax (my car is Black so it stood out). It was not visible when I picked up the car because it was raining. After a few calls, I spoke with someone who advised me what it was and what to use to get rid of the marking. So yes, I would definitely use Jeff's again, but I think I'll be a little hesitant about picking up a car from any body shop in the future on a rainy day. read more
