In the Spring and Summer, it easily removes pollen as often as needed. Be sure to try different locations--service depends more on management and staff than the facility. I've found the best spots in my DMV area and stick with those. I get the best service early in the morning or after 6:30 PM on weekdays. Weekends are crowded and rushed; I avoid Saturdays but occasionally go on Sunday mornings. Recently, I needed to transfer my membership to a different vehicle due to a mechanical issue. The first customer service representative (unnamed) did not complete the transfer, and I was billed for a month without being able to use the membership on the new vehicle, as it is tracked by the vehicle tag. Therefore, because the transfer was incomplete, I could not use the car wash. I called customer service at 410-824-1135 and spoke with Latrice, who resolved the issue, transferred my membership, and handled the unused month. I must admit I was frustrated, but Latrice's patience and temperament helped us resolve the situation in one call. Thank you, Latrice! Flagship Carwash needs more employees like Latrice. My…read morebody shop told me they couldn't buff it out and quoted R&R of some hardware and painting the door and adjacent fender. They suggested contacting Jed at Annapolis Detail Center (ADC) to see what he could do. I stopped by ADC. Jed said he could not make it perfect but he would do his best to improve how it looked at no cost to me unless I was happy with the result. He worked on the process while I waited. The overall result was excellent and I could barely see the small imperfection Jed had warned me about.
