do not waist your time or money! they said they could not find a montherboard which i found online immediately. told them i would pick up the tv and when i arrived i was informed that they "disposed of the tv" its clearly written on their invoice that items will be disposed of after 30 days well it was 22 days. scammers! read more

Was looking for the negative stars but couldn't find it so I guess one star will have to do. My husband took our TV to this place to get an evaluation and estimate. The owner said it needed a new motherboard and he couldn't find one. We did our own research and found a compatible motherboard on eBay that would repair the TV. We went to pick up our TV from the shop and take it home to repair ourselves, well before the 30 days that is stated on the contract. We learned upon arrival that they had thrown out our TV. He violated the contract we entered when seeking their help and had very little concern or apologies for his actions. This is very unsettling that a small locally owned business is taking advantage of customers trusting them to take care of their needs. We intentionally did not take it to a big corporate owned business so that we can support local businesses. Needless to say, our endeavor backfired. Please do not patronize this store. read more

HDMI inputs on Samsung UN55B8000 fried after lightening strike. They picked up TV on Tues and returned in on Wednesday with a new motherboard. All inputs work great. Less than $300. Can't beat that. read more
