    Made an appointment on Yelp for today at 10am. Arrived on time and was greeted by Luke. We informed him of the issues our iPhone 11 was having. (Cracked screen and Apple logo would not stop blinking as well as power up) He did a thorough inspection of the phone and found we needed a new battery and a replacement screen. Pricing was reasonable. Overall amazing customer service and great experience. I definitely recommend this place!

    I just got my iPad Pro back from LMP for a screen repair. I chose them because they had good reviews and seemed very accommodating, and because the bad reviews seemed to come from unreasonable people. Issue: I'm not an lcd expert but my screen had some bad digitizing with discolored bands going across. Ive always kept it in a case, so this was unfortunate. Texas heat can be brutal to electronics and there was some expansion between the LCD and the chassis. For this model, the parts that make the screen are sealed together, so it tends to cost more. However I needed this device for school. I paid $189 + tax which came out to about $204 The Good I got my iPad back with a good screen replacement. I was assured the battery was in good condition (this was brought to my attention before I left it) as well as other diagnostics that were run, but I have no proof or report of this. The Bad On inspection there was a lot of scratching and scraping. I handed it back to Vanessa, who does intake. She assured it was just adhesive from the process that oozed out, and she did take it back to thoroughly clean cleanoff. I think they should have done this in the first place. -Further inspection revealed a dent/chip on the corner that wasn't there previously. Vanessa said it was necessary for the removal process and to correct any bending in the chassis/case. My only thought is this type of work should always be done with tools with rubberized or plastic tips. -The condition of the seal is more disappointing the more I look at it (pictures). There is a lot of space between the case and the new screen. - I was told I'd hear something or get a turn around in a couple days. I didn't hear anything for a week and a half. I believe they called twice at the end of that time but didn't leave any kind of message the first time. I asked if I would qualify for any discount. Vanessa said they only offer %5 to military. I'm just a civilian contractor. I would recommend based on work done and customer service, but I'm disappointed about attention to some details. I'm not hopeful I'd get the kind of work I'd be totally satisfied with anywhere but Apple, which sometimes has its own set of challenges as well as high cost. Also, I like it when someone offers a summary of everything involved or the challenges in whatever the job is rather than me having to ask about every little thing.     I was sent here by Samsung to get my glitching screen looked at. I was in the building for no more…read morethan 3 minutes altogether and a minute of that was spent waiting for someone to come to the front. First off, even after looking at the phone and telling me that's Samsung, I would not warranty. The phone because of the so-called devastating damage to the phone. There was no a the remedy offered as far to look at the phone and tell me what's wrong with it. And how much it would cost? To get it fixed. There was no other options offered to me. It seemed as if the guy was more worried to get me out of the store so he could get back to doing whatever he was doing in the back. Pretty lame customer service, if you ask me. Whenever the guy finally came up front i explained to him that I was sent here by Samsung to have them. Look at my glitching phone front screen am I two months old, samsung Z Fold 6. He asked me to take my phone, protect her. Off the phone so he can inspect the phone. The guy literally looks at my phone and within 30 seconds. He says, oh man, your phone is severely damaged. Which clearly is simply cosmetic on this shaft of the phone. He made it as if the phone was completely destroyed and it can no longer be under warranty. But when you look at the pictures, you can clearly see that is cosmetic scratches on the phone. No damage to the front screen, no damage to the main screen and no major dents in the phone. It seemed as if the guy wanted me to hurry up and exit the building as if I was interrupting whatever he was doing, that was causing him not to be at the front desk.When I first arrived into the building. Needless to say, this is not over. I'm gonna take this to Samsung. And they're gonna look at the situation and get this taken care of but I would not send anyone to this business.. And on top of that, when I was leaving, I guess he calls himself being i'm sarcastic by telling me to have a great remaining the rest of my day. I kept my cool and my composure, and I just left without saying anything, .

Come to find out: The fee jumped to $75.00 and WAS NOT applied to the repair (replacement power adapter). Also--Amazon sells this part for $25, you charged me $45 in addition to the bait and switch price jump to $75.00. MAJOR FAILURE.
