My repair has always been done within one hour which is amazing. My phone looks and works like new over and over. I have driven over it with my wheelchair many, many times and the phone's screen is quickly replaced and for way less than replacing the phone for sure! When I lost my phone and had to get a new one I took it there to get a new glass screen protector and they even helped this ole lady find an easier way to unlock it! They are very nice and the store is clean and kinda vacant which is awesome during COVID. I will definitely income back, wait am I planning on dropping it? LOL read more

Watch out! If you are doing MAC Data Transaction. It may take u 5 days, and they will tell you there is nothing in your old disk without a complete reason. But they are not too bad, only charge me 50%. That explains why they are chain stores. read more

Really crappy aftermarket screen. Just pay the money to get it done at Apple. There is a noticeable difference in the newer phones. The pressure and heat sensors are not nearly as good. These screens are also much much more fragile. read more

I was so pleased by how well my iPhone 7 battery replacement went a year ago, I tossed my PS4 Pro into the truck when I headed into Austin from 150 miles away in the middle of nowhere in the hill country. My PS4 would give me a blank screen for several seconds at random times for up to 3 seconds before coming back on like nothing had happened, except I was in the ditch. It was good that I was in town for a couple of days, because they had to reflow the solder on a couple of of large components. I dropped it off late Friday and Joe called on Sunday saying it was ready to go. These are guys are great! Use them if you need them! read more

Did a great job replacing my iPhone X battery. There was some other weirdness happening with my phone and he made it clear replacing the battery MAY resolve the battery issue (prematurely draining and never fully charging) or the issues may persist. In other words he had the best interests of his customer at heart and was willing to forego the work in order to operate with integrity. I chose to replace the battery anyway and that went quickly and smoothly and battery issues were resolved. For the tech: the phone DID continue to act weirdly and multiple chats and phone calls with apple support showed it to be a software issue and after a few failed attempts to resolve it had to do a full system restore (which was a PITA) but now the phone is working perfectly with an even better battery, so thank you! read more

After an hour of troubleshooting a broken Xbox with Microsoft and calling around to various repair shops, I settled on these guys. Upon arrival with the Xbox, they quickly got everything set up and sent me on my way, telling me they would have it fixed within a couple of days. Lo and behold, I get a call while I'm still in the parking lot. They tell me that the machine was fine ever since I left, and runs perfectly. So, together we figured out the power supply was the issue (despite what Microsoft tried to tell me). From there, they were kind enough to ease the fees they had charged me since the diagnostic was done in about a minute and a half. I've used these guys before to replace an old battery in my still working iphone 7 last year. I was so pleased with the work they did on my iphone, that when I was driving into Austin again (I live 2 hours out NW of Austin) that I threw my PS4 into the truck to give them a shot at making it playable again. I'd be driving in a game and the screen would go blank for several seconds and I'd find myself in the ditch. It was happening several times a session at random times. We came here a few days ago to replace the screen on an iPhone 11 and when we got it back, the screen was popped up. We didn't think much of it. Here we are today, and the phone will not even turn on anymore. My best guess was that a droplet of water got in the popped up corner, until I read multiple articles stating that this could actually be from "inauthentic" iPhone parts. Either way, we were totally denied a refund by the rude owner, and were told "whatever happens to the phone after it leaves the store has nothing to do with us". The owner himself said that they do, in fact use inauthentic iPhone parts, and I had no idea that could cause problems until I read up on it! The owner claims the warranty "does not cover manufacturer parts" but they aren't even using the genuine parts! By the way, the phone went from overheating, to having lines in the screen, then not even turning on. :( Just as stated in the articles! I just wanted to put this out here because they totally stole $175 from us, during this crazy time, and without even using the authentic iPhone parts. I will never go to any 1up again! read more
