I am now on the hook for hundreds of dollars on something that should have been covered mostly if not all by the ACA. My appointment was preventive and had I known I'd be charged, I would have canceled and found a different doctor. Always be sure to call your insurance prior to any doctor appointments. I've learned the websites aren't always up to date and the office staff can mislead you.

I am eight days post op. from a hysterectomy, and couldn't be more pleased. I had Dr. Gardner perform a da Vinci (robot assisted laproscopic) hysterectomy, and my recovery is going so well. She is so experienced in the procedure, and explained everything very well. Dr. Choi, my regular OB/GYN at the practice, does a great job making me feel at ease and giving me options. I have referred friends to the practice, and they always thank me and also rave about the wonderful doctors at the practice.

She was kind, attentive, and did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth. When she retired, I definitely felt her absence. The new person didn't do as thorough a job cleaning my teeth. The small talk wasn't as natural either. A few days prior to my last appointment, I called and requested to reschedule, as my work schedule was going to interfere with my scheduled appointment time. I was told by the receptionist that if I rescheduled, I would be charged because I'd previously rescheduled once already. However, I hadn't rescheduled at all, prior to this call. I tried to tell her this but she insisted that I would be charged. I moved some things around and went to the appointment. However, I did not go back after that. I also never received a reminder for my next appointment, 6 months down the road. I can't help but point out the poor customer service that I experienced after being a patient here for so long.

Dr. V listened to all of my fears and my unique particulars, it's like she kept mental notes & almost addressed any of them without a prompt. I came to her when i was 22, with child and dealing with some severe mental health issues-and she sat with me and actively listened to what i needed & addressed each thing individually while ensuring the treatment plan wouldn't affect my pregnancy. 5 star Primary care and 5 star OBGYN, She delivered all 3 of my babies, i was so blessed to have had her as a caregiver. Unlike other physicians-she provided me with a direct line of communication, 24/7 day or night she responded to me every time. Anyone is lucky to be a patient of hers:)
