Can't see my google review unless i'm signed into my account. So this company is shady and hiding something. I've been nothing but a supporting customer and promoting their business and this is how they treat me? I won't be back again. This review is only towards management and the owners. This review is nothing against the 4 EXCEPTIONAL employees that run both stores in town. I've been coming here almost on a daily basis for the last 2 years. I was blown away by the flower, the prices, the quality! But all of that is going downhill, and fast! I recommended to the manager, Rene, which nicotine products to get since now CBD Plus (I won't call it Anchored because i'm sorry, Anchored brand products are awful quality) wants to try to become a headshop and not a medical dispensary type business. CBD is in the name yet there isn't any straight CBD products. The prices are going up while the quality is going down. They will be out of flower for weeks at a time and not give their on the ground employees any TRUE verification on when the product comes. I've offered my services to Rene to explain and walk him through the nicotine products but he just ordered a bunch of random crap, upcharged it, and threw it on the shelf without even doing as much as giving his employees any knowledge on them. Both locations have couches and chairs that you would THINK are for people to sit on, but that's not the case! Even though i've spent money here almost every single day, they want to start telling customers that they can't stay for longer than 15 minutes (which, i'm sorry, is horseshit. especially if i'm friends with the staff and i'm self employed, waiting for orders so I can have more money to spend at your business.) Y'all have been having an uptick in thefts but idk maybe if your one person a day crew wasn't alone all of the time, they wouldn't be victims of theft. To sum that rant up, I bust my ass to make money to spend at your store and you can't even give me the decency for a place to sit while i wait for that money and on top of that, me being in the store would help deter thieves. So tell me what's the point in having your couches? Is it just to give customers the illusion that you care? Because at least with my street plug, he'll let me hang out. He acknowledged that i was a very frequent regular and would treat me good. I couldn't even smoke on 4/20 this year because y'all were completely empty. Nobody wants to pay more than $10 for a gram. I don't care how high the THCA is because frankly, once it reaches a certain number, then it becomes suspect. We want flower. Not flower with all this extra crap in it that doesn't even make a difference to the bud and the effects. Your employees are VISIBLY getting exhausted. I can tell just by looking at them. They love what they do and helping others get their medicine, but y'all as management are really hurting everyone by not listening to us as your employees and your customers.
