Prior to charging, the vape was working, so this failure was both sudden and unexpected. When I returned to the store after work to explain the situation, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the staff. Instead of offering assistance or a solution, I was told that they did not know what I "did" to cause the vape to stop working. I found this response both insulting and unprofessional, especially considering the product failed after only two days of normal use. At this point, I am not even requesting a refund. I am simply asking for a reasonable resolution--an exchange for a functioning vape.
