I came in not expecting much because of all the damage and boxed hair dye I've put in it over the years, yeah I know- don't judge me! I had so much copper color, reds, toners lord knows what else was it in. Mary was very welcoming and so confident. She looked at my hair and told me I would love it and I wouldn't go put box hair dye on it. She refreshed my highlights and brought it back to life! Again, I didn't even expect her to be able to do it seeing i don't know her just based off word of mouth. I always go to the restaurants around hers so I was so lucky to have hit the right place! I came in to get a color refresher today. I found Jessica on Groupon and was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks of purchasing which is great. Jessica actually called me for a phone consultation and to schedule my appointment after I texted her. She seemed really welcoming and professional. She texted me because she was running alittle late the day of the appointment but she still showed up on time. We talked a little about what I wanted and then she mixed the product. She was right on target when I finished. I'm so so happy with my hair. She knew what she was doing and mixed different volumes to get to the right color all over. I did pay a little extra because I wanted more foils. Book with her with confidence. I will definitely be back :)

*** Sanitation Alert*** DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY !!! Does not sanitize there implements in the autoclave for hygiene. Just pulls used ones out of a drawer. ** Disappointed that I have to give them a negative review, but I'm hoping I can spare you at least some time. I've been looking for another place to get my nails done when in a pinch and this place based on reviews and location seemed to be a great fit. I walked in an let them know I had an appointment, I was told to pick my color and then go to my chair. Their selection is great and could of spent 20 minutes looking at all of them. I also inquired about a wax and was told to ask the older gal with glasses for the price. She was on the phone just like when I had walked in, gave me a dirty look and pointed and said my manicurist is waiting. I told her I wanted to ask about a wax and she impatiently said after pedicure and looked again at the chair I was supposed to be. Nancy did my pedicure and was very sweet , did a thorough job and a nice massage. So while getting my pedi, the older meaner gal with glasses comes over to do my manicure, still talking on the phone rather loudly. She starts the mani and I let her know I have a shoulder injury so I can't reach my arm over, and again another dirty look nastier then the one before. She started to grab the implements and I realized she wasn't going to open a clean pack, bit took them out of the plastic rolling cart. I asked if they were clean, and with another dirty look was told yes they are clean. 10 minutes in I said my cuticles are pretty rough was there any thing she could do. And she came back with they weren't that bad. When she was done , my nails had more hang nails then before , and my cuticles looked the same. Her massage was less then a minute on my hands and just a tiny drop of lotion to barely feel nice. She then put alcohol on my nail beds and you could instantly see how bad she scraped my cuticles and the dried bits she left. I asked to take a look, and in a raised voice said she knew what she was doing and I said they didn't look very good. She went back into the plastic drawer and pulled out what I felt was a dirty nipper and cuticle pusher you could hear the sound of the many tools as should dig into the container. She then proceeded to dig into my cuticles and told her that hurt and once again yelled she knew what she was doing. Doesn't even look like I got a manicure. When it was time to pay was told there was a $ service fee and I couldn't add a tip with a credit card. As a first time customer, how am I supposed to know to bring cash? I got yelled at again for not knowing this when I said I was a first time customer and wasn't going to pay the service fee and they should post that in yelp. I left and went to get cash so the nice lady who gave me my pedi would get a tip. To sum it up: Rude owner. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY !!! Does not sanitize there implements in the autoclave for hygiene. Just pulls used ones out of a drawer. Nice selection of polish Nancy is awesome.

WOW I love this place! I had a service with one of the staff named Jessica and she was totally awesome. She understood how I wanted my hair cut and was totally chill to talk to, recommending products to help my hair be healthy. The work environment is also really friendly, no tension or competition that you'd see in other salons, everybody here is positive. It was very affordable, paid $160 which included Keratin Treatment, Bleach/Toning, and Haircut. I really like my hair.

I can't say enough about Mary! I started coming to her a few years ago after someone else ruined my hair. She welcomed me with open arms and I never looked back. Yang is the best nail technician In the valley. She takes her time and is that technician to double check her work and make sure everything is perfect. She is the ultimate perfectionist. I have known her for six years and I will never go to anyone else. She put organic gel on my nails and my nails are the strongest they have ever been, I am so happy with her work. I live right down the street from head to toe as soon as I moved into the neighborhood it was the first place I went to and it became my favorite nail place she does my eyelash extensions amazing she actually takes her time and when you make an appointment they call to let you know when its time or perfect time to come in or not to come in so they're very very organized when it comes to their clients. read more

Lisa the owner is very impatient and embarrassed and raised her voice at me numerous times at my appointment for a fill in front of other customers. Sheer humiliation! Shes not welcoming to suggestions and acts like a know it all... The place is dirty with minimal parking as it is shared. read more

Love love love Jessica!! I always feel fabulous after she cuts my hair!! She's really nice and friendly and really good at what she does. You'll have to make an appointment though; she gets booked up so quickly. Haircut is $20 and that includes shampoo. It's cheaper than the chain competitors and a MUCH better cut!! read more

I've been here a couple of times, the first time just to get a manicure and then about a month or so ago I came in for an eyebrow and bikini wax. Regrettably I cannnot remember the name of the woman, but she did a great job and had a wonderful bedside manner, making a typically awkward experience at least a little less awkward by giving me a case of the giggles. I'm planning on going back today to see if I can fit another uncomfortable experience in before work since I'm overdue for my waxes. Recommend :-) read more

I've been looking for a good nail salon with reasonable price and my coworker recommended this place. I love this place! The lady, who i think is the owner, did my mani & pedi & eyebrow was awesome. She was really thorough and really nice. Really good customer service too. They also have a lot of nail art design for you to choose. They are not like other salon where they would talk among themselves in their language. They actually communicate with each other in English. I would call ahead and make sure they are not busy. They accept credit card but charge $1 fee. read more

Decided to give this a try since it had good reviews. Unfortunately it was not so great. Decided to bring my own nail polish and just as soon as I took it out the lady looked at me with disappointment since they try to push gel on top of your acrylics. I got almond nail shape with my index finger nail completely off. The edges were not even cleaned so my fingers look like a 3 yr old painted them. I also paid $5 extra for gel top.coat and first time around ring fingers had to be re-painted because it didn't set. Second time around the rest of the fingers were not settling it blaming it on not letting them dry. She practically kicked me out of the chair rushing me out. Keep in India I made an appointment. I left with my fingers not cured enough by the light and it was a $5 extra. I'm deciding to come back to get the fixed. In total I paid $25 for full set + $5 gel top coat + $5 tip... Please don't come here for even decent nails..go somewhere else. The low prices are not worth it read more

Just tried going to this salon with my Mom. She had scheduled a mani/pedi for me and a pedicure for herself. She booked the appointments at the same time. However, when we got there, there was only one woman available and she wanted to do each of the services separately. When we told her we wanted the services at the same time and didn't want to stay, she said, "it's ok, I'll go fast". Needless to say, we did not stay and won't be going back. read more

I tried this salon because it's close to my house and has 5 stars on yelp. . . I went in intending to get a mani/pedi, however the place looked a little dingy so I decided to only get a pedicure. The prices are pretty cheap, so for a $15 spa pedicure she cut, filed, and painted my toenails. Usually, I expect my cuticles to be really cleaned up and heels super smooth. Also, the polish chipped after only 2 days. On the positive side, she was nice. I would go back if I just needed a polish change pedicure and my cuticles were already in good shape. I didn't get a manicure, but they are only $10 and a mani/pedi is $24. read more

Best place ever. Head to toe is a hair salon and nail salon in one. I got my hair cut my Mary and I love my layers and the length. I also had a another cut done by Jessica and she did some highlights and there are gorgeous. Everything is reasonably priced and they have some great music choices while you get your hair or nails done. And they accept Apple Pay. read more

Daughter wanted acrylics and we went online to Yelp and found this hidden beauty! We called in around 5pm and got an appointment right away. Come to find out, the owner was the one to take the appointment for my daughter. She even stayed after they were closed to fit her in on short notice. We will be back!! I love going to get my nails done here! they offer everything you could ask for from gettting your hair done to getting a massage or facial. they have great designs for your nails and their staff is awsome i tell all my friends about this salon! give them a try and you will see. be advised call ahead and check if they rare not too busy because the wait can be long at times. enjoy! read more

During my appointment, my hair was bleached, and afterward my scalp began hurting significantly. By the following day, the pain had become so severe that I was crying and screaming. I have never experienced anything like this after having my hair done before. Unfortunately, I did not have medical insurance at the time, so I was unable to seek medical treatment. However, people who saw my scalp afterward expressed concern about how it looked, and the pain and burning continued. Approximately a month later, I went to Ulta to have my hair looked at. Employees there pointed out areas of damage to my hair and explained what they were seeing. My hair is now damaged, and what concerns me even more is that approximately a month after my July 9th appointment, my scalp is still in significant pain and continues to burn. I'm not writing this review to ruin anyone's career. I genuinely wanted to let the situation go, but I'm still dealing with the consequences of this appointment a month later. I'm sharing my experience because I don't want someone else to go through what I have experienced.

Today was my first time at this salon, I was feeling a bit nervous as I had old & dry hair that was breaking apart. While it was long and pretty, it felt like such a heavy weight! I was greeted by Jasmine, who I felt had a similar energy to mine, she was friendly and asked me about myself, we ended up talking about Italy at one point. I also have some hearing sensitivities, so I liked that the music was low, and that the vibe was calm. She asked me what I wanted, and I explained what the trend is calling a "kitty cut", which is basically medium length, lots of layers, and a nice framing around the face, with curtain bangs. The bangs were a bit of an issue because I previously had them cut already, but it was fine. I never showed her a picture, and yet she got the cut PERFECTLY. When I stood up from the chair I was so so so happy, I made sure to tip her when I paid. I was so afraid of going somewhere more expensive (like in hollywood or beverly hills) and ending up with a cut I didn't ask for, so this place was great as the pricing was cheaper $80 (w/ 20% tip. I really didn't mind tipping.) The mirrors, however, need replacing. While very aesthetically pleasing, they're too tall and when you sit down you can only see the top half of your face. Regardless, I am really happy with the haircut!! 10/10 service!

just got my Brazilian, color and eyebrows done at this salon by Mary (the owner) I have super curly and frizzy hair and the Brazilian toned it all down so much defiantly going to have this done again ! I liked coming here but the manicurist needs to check her temper. She loses it too fast. So rude and obnoxious. And stop calling people honey, not everyone appreciates the fake sweetness. And pay attention to how you're doing the customers nails. You cut the cuticles around my thumb too short and now it's swelling up. Never again. Customer beware. read more

I wanted something red and brown but nothing too crazy. I wanted my hair too look like one color in low lighting, but some different out or with more lighting. I wasn't sure if I wanted red highlights with brown or vise versa. I already had some color and highlights on my hair so it was suggested that would still be able to get the look by mixing the two colors I wanted. Hair stylist Madonna - great customer service and very helpful with my color suggestions. The rest of the staff were also very nice and inviting. The salon has made some upgrades from the last time I was there and it's looking really nice! More upgrades to come and I'm really looking forward to it. I recommend this salon.
