Update / went back & they literally Ruined my hair / turned it nasty dark green & I had to beg them to fix it/ & it still looked Horrible / & they could have cared less/ Not to mention there child @ the shop screaming / whining & just behaving completely unruly & completely spoiled the entire time & mother who is the hairdresser never said anything , then I had to beg owner for money back & he claimed I was an extortionist , cost me over 400$ to fix my hair, worst experience ever , shocked @ all the good reviews ,??? Very suspicious WOW!!!!! I am 51 years old & NEVER inMY Entire LIFE has my hair been turned a NASTY green by a hair stylist !!!??? First time, I walked in based on the Yelp reviews. Upon walking in, the staff just looked at me like I interrupted something. No greeting, no friendly welcome, or even a hello. Took them a few minutes to greet me and as I asked for a haircut, they took a long time to answer me. Finally one of the ladies informed me that it would be a few minutes and to have a seat. So Robert comes up and is very friendly. Shakes my hand and asks what I'd like today. He was attentive, actively listened, and took his time to make sure that I got a quality cut. He even suggested the best product for my hair style that I could buy elsewhere. He is very talkative and entertaining, makes getting a hair cut a quick process. I was very satisfied with him. Overall, the other stylists were a little standoffish and not very welcoming. I do not know how well they take care of you or your hair. As for Robert, he gave me a great cut and great service. Made an appointment with clary. She was very friendly & sweet. Came in with a specific vision for a full color change. The color I wanted had multiple shades of burgundy in it. I was very pleased with how the color came out. I just need maybe 1 or 2 more sessions to get it exactly like the picture I showed. Unfortunately I have to give a bad update. I found Studio Levels based on Yelp reviews of the stylist Gigi and she is a really great stylist. The problem is that she is no longer with Studio Levels. The last time I came in I booked an appointment thinking Gigi was going to cut my hair. When I arrived the creepy owner said Gigi was no longer there and gave me another stylist, he also asked me to wait half an hour and was just generally a bit of a creeper. Out of all the salons I've been to this is by far the best. It's very clean, newly remodeled, the hairstylists are very attentive and they ACTUALLY listen to what you want. I just show them a picture and they actually cut it like that, imagine that. My favorite there is Clari but there are different stylists for all ages. Just saw what Janet did to my niece's hair. I have never seen hair worse than this. Oh my gosh, it is shocking to say the least! Where did Janet go to school? Or did she? I have visited many salons in my life and had hair permanents and color. I have ALWAYS come away pleased with the results. The experience that my niece had is extremely poor and sadly I would want to hide in a closet for a few months until I could get it fixed. I would not send my dog to be groomed here! They won't stand by their work. They are the shockingly expensive and ask you to pay cash by going next door to the liquor store ATM. I have been going to Janet at Studio Levels for almost a year now. Every time I go, Janet and the staff make feel very comfortable. The customers understand that this is a friendly, family owned salon who cares about their customers, and in turn, the customers are friendly with each other. Janet's husband and little beautiful daughter are very polite. Their little girl is a nice and quiet little angel. The example that the owners create of respect for everyone is echoed all around. When I first moved to this area, I went through different salons trying to find the right person and location who would provide excellent customer service and plenty of parking. Well, Janet and her staff provide high quality service. Whenever they are done with a customer, being a gentleman or a lady, the other customers marvel at high quality and beauty of their hair, and we start honestly complimenting each other. I finally convinced my husband to try Studio Levels, and he is happy as well. The owners always try to be festive by decorating the salon according to the holidays. On the week leading up to Mother's Day, they were giving cute flowers to all their customers!
