Got a new set and had to go to another salon to fix it. Nails were way too thick, the shape was not what i asked for, sharp edges, 4 nails were super Crooked, paint was no where near what I had asked for, and she cut me. Price and conversation were good but quality of work was not. read more

I needed a new stylist and went on a referral to Tanya. I was so disappointed. I ask for bangs cut eyebrow length, the were well above that. I'm also growing out my hair and wanted her to just trim it and blend it. Instead she cut blunt cutes in my lengths. Tanya is excellent! I came in with a butchered haircut from a beauty school (get what you pay for). I explained what I wanted and she executed perfectly! I was concerned about losing my length since my long layers were so butchered, but she was able to reshape & fix the layers and keep it pretty much the same length. Miracle worker! This salon is huge and offers lots of services BUT they did not have any administrative staff to answer phones of greet customers. My pedicure took longer than expected but it was very thorough. My daughter had a haircut appointment at the same time of my pedicure and her hair stylist didn't show up. Luckily someone else gave her a quick trim but I found that rather unprofessional! read more

This place is the worst!! Every time I have contacted them for a service they can not do it. I called for a hair cut, they had no one available. The name is Head to Toes, but they do not do massages. Their website advertises Eye Lash extensions, but they do not do them. It also says you can book an appointment online, but nobody there is aware of this. They have lost my business forever! I called and made an appt for my mother & I to have a pedi/mani, showed up on time and as we got started on my nails, I told them I wanted flowers painted on the nails, you know, like so many other places. Told me they dont do that. No body there does nail art? Ive never been at a nail salon that doesnt do any nail art. this is a fancy full service salon, but more towards hair. This place is the worst! No receptionist to schedule appointments, answer phones, or greet when come in. Since you can't schedule an appointment by phone, then I tried as a walk-in. Sign said to ring the bell for service. Waited and no one came out: window sign said they were open and saw two stylists in the window. But no one ever came out after ringing the bell. I finally left. I will never go back. The worst customer service ever and extremely rude that stylists were there and then never came out to at least say they were with clients. read more

Amy was able to squeeze me in last minute yesterday. She was amazing! I couldn't believe how welcoming she was and even had snacks and drinks for her clients. What a sweetheart! My hair ended up taking over 4 hours and I felt TERRIBLE! she did it with class and I already booked my return visit and plan to share her information with anyone I see. Kristine provides great results! I have had my hair colored, cut and the Brazilian Blowout/Keratin treatment from Kristine and she does an amazing job. I have difficult thick hair and she makes it look great. Kristine is a stickler for the details which makes her a superior hair dresser who takes the time to make you look perfect. read more

I went and had Michele do my lashes. At first they looked nice but were not as thick as I would have liked. I went back thinking I was getting again more of the natural mink. Nope synthetic. They were so long on one side they touched my eye brows. Shortly after the synthetic fell off like garbage. When I enquirer about having them done again with more if the mink insisting we just needed to work together to get desired result michele was unwilling to work with me. I've never been to any stylist that is unwilling to work with a customer especially considering we were new to each other. I never asked for my money back but enquirer since this second set were so bad if we could work out a solution for both of us as far as the third attempt to get desired results. I wasn't demanding for it to be done in this moment but was treated like I expected her to drop everything for me. She's a nice gal but her total lack of interest in building a client relationship makes me question if anyone up there stand behind their work. Considering I'm the one waiting the three weeks looking like an idiot while she's away on vacation I thought at a minimum she would be open to try not shut me down as rudely as she did. My enquiring about if she was willing to work with me did not deserve that response. If your looking for a stylist esthetician that has your back, want to work for the disorder result you want do not waste your time. Even if your open to try your shut down so rudely it takes away from any of that " I want to feel pretty" feeling. Totally ruined my day to realize the treatment there was more dog eat dog and less compromise and communication. Since I've suffered a stroke it's already hard asking for what I want as I always feel bad and just tend to take it or deal with the mess. These synthetic lashes are a hot mess and trying to solve it was equally as messy. I will tell everyone I know to stay away because the first time you ask for what you want your treated horribly. Micheles comment to me is that she does them cheap. Honey I don't care how much I have to pay to get the desired result and to treat me like that was just wrong. She's not flexible at all and was way out of line to assume I meant anything but to build a good working relationship. Chances are if she's like this to customers more often than not others at that salon have that same attitude. Sad really I usually bring a lot of business with me. read more

This place is horrible a stylist named Amanda Moore cut and colored my hair. Well the color is yellow and skunk streaked( way to chunky) I brought in a picture of the color of highlights I wanted and told her I wanted a trim. she thinned out my hair so bad that is looks as though she has just gone through radiation it is the worst hair cut/ job I have EVER seen. To top it all off she still made me pay for it,I went in to go in and get hair extensions put in to make up for ALL the hair she stupidly butchered. Well when I went in she pulled out cheap looking hair and started gluing like crazy it was way blond and I have brown hair with bad orange highlights, the hair had that shiny synthetic look to it so as soon as any light hit it, it was obvious it wasn't mine. Any ways I went into sallys beauty supply to get some conditioner and the girls in the store were in shock, they couldnt believe how HORRIBLE the extensions were. I couldnt put it up because well first of all she cut it to short but she put big wefts in and there was about 2-3 inches of glue sticking out and I couldnt wear it down because she put one so come to my hair line. I went and saw another stylist to have her look at my hair and she agreed that Amanda did a horrible job and that they rightfully owe me $600 . I not asking for all the time I have had to take off of work because I cant go out in public like this but I have taken 5 days off now, or the money that I have spent on a babysitter for having to back and forth just to try and get my hair back, or my gas! I was sorely disappointed in the customer service (or lack thereof) I received from Head 2 Toes in Oregon City regarding their Groupon. 1. It was for me and a dear friend/relative and is our special treat when they come to town each summer. 2. It was an absolute nightmare to schedule with H2T, OC. We couldn't get the same service on the same day at the same time, they didn't have enough employees, or some such other excuse. 3. When we finally did get an appointment (after numerous calls), we were set. (Or so we thought) 4. 3 hours (yes, just 3 hours) before the appointment, the spa called to inform me that they couldn't accommodate both of us at the same time-- one of their employees had to "go to their other job." When you cancel an appointment with only 3 hours notice, don't you get charged for it? 5. They made no offers of alternatives for services available at the same time. Basically you're out of luck. 6. After numerous conversations/calls, it was apparent there was no solution or alternate services being offered by H2T, so I canceled all appointments. 7. Now I am saddled with 2 certificates for services which I'm loathe to use due to the shoddy treatment and total lack of concern for customer service.
