Tried out Nails 4 us because of the great reviews. However, I went in today and paid $55 for awful acrylics! She took no more than 30 minutes to do a full set! She didn't use electric nail drill after the acrylic set so I was left with ridiculously ugly thick nails. Not to mention they are uneven and each nail is different from the rest. read more

Worst pedicure I have ever received. 17 min from start to finish including gel polish. Massage on one leg with scrub lotion, the other leg was water from the soaking tub and what was left on her glove, actually hurt she put so much pressure. I trimmed nails beforehand, she barely filed. Towel so hot it burned my skin while she turned around to talk to her co worker, polish one coat only. Full price with tip expected as I was stared at while signing receipt, uncomfortable feeling. Have never felt so unwanted and rushed when paying for a service. I paid $45 for a "pedicure." What I got is a crappy nail polish change and a foot soak. I was concerned the old layer of nail polish and gel was not removed. She ensured me it was. After closer inspection, it is not removed. I can see old nail polish underneath the new gel. Bad attitude nail tech and very low quality service. My daughter and her friend got manicures here today and they were awful. Awful service, awful results, awful attitudes. My daughters first technician had no idea what she was doing and another tech had to take over. She just glued the nails that had already been cut off by the first tech back onto her nails and then charged her $5 for the length. One is already coming off! The first tech built the nails up so thick it looked terrible. The dye stained her fingers above her nails and the tech got it on her jeans. Her thumb nail is completely crooked. Her friend specifically asked for a fill and the tech took her nails off and gave her a full new set. Then the tech quoted her $90 for the price with polish, then when she $75 and also told her that coffin nails were extra?? $5 more because of length. They are regular manicure length nails... The manicure was rushed and the price kept changing through the entire appointment. This was extremely stressful for the girls and not the experience they went in for. I am taking the girls back in and we will see what they say. This is not our normal place to go. 'The girls checked the reviews and thought it was safe. Nails4us took advantage of them in overcharging them and provided poor service! So dissappointed and just to be clear this is only the first review I am writing. I will head to other sites next. I am absolutely IN LOVE with my nails!! I have a disability that makes my hands sort of floppy and uncooperative, and my nail tech was SO understanding and kind. Very nice to talk to, but best of all did an AMAZING job. Knew exactly what I meant when I explained what I wanted and they are GORGEOUS! The BEST nails! I have had people recognize their work while on the Oregon Coast, so clearly they have an excellent reputation! Everyone in that shop is funny and so personable, I look forward to that 1-2 hour nail & toe appointment and take advantage of it every chance I get. Every set I've ever had, I receive more compliments than I know what to do with....CONSISTENCY! Wendy is so talented with her nail art and she is a good reason I continue to go there. Her witty banter keeps me laughing....who doesn't need a good laugh! I see the recent comments below which are sincerely laughable. Unfortunately for Nails 4 Us, ANYONE can write a review online with their side of the story, but those reading the reviews don't get to know what actually happened. I've never known a salon to "soak off" a full set, you'd be in there too damn long! I've had these folks take my nails off with a crack clear down the middle of my real nail and it was less painful than the break that caused it. I've been coming to them since 2012 and has referred countless people who share my love & sentiment for this salon. MlMy friend treated me to a gel manicure last week,and we decided to try this place...she was looking for a better salon, and I was looking for a closer one...I'm very disappointed. I can't afford to go as often as I'd like to...my last two gel ones lasted 2 weeks with nary a chip in sight. After only four days!!! I had chips on the tip of one day 5 2 and now on day 6 I'm starting to notice polish coming off from the cuticle end...I am not very happy at all....14 days was what I am used to! I guess a 30 minute drive is worth it... even though I live just down the street, I will not be coming back.. A side note,a good many of the colors that I liked were 5 dollars more...a lot! The most enjoyable nail salon experiences I have had are all at Nails 4 US. I will not go anywhere else! I always get a stilletto shape or "claws" as I refer to them, and Sue does a beautiful job every time, very consistent...which is not easy. In fact, when out of town recently I was told at a salon that they do not do stilletto nails "because they are too difficult to file"! Anything I've requested here has always been executed far past my expectations. I'm pretty hard on my nails due to my profession & I cannot believe how long my nails hold up...other places I have had a break less than 24 hours later due to the nails being too thin/incorrectly shaped, etc. I can whole heartedly recommend this salon because of what an incredible job they do, beautiful work & a great group of funny, yet professional employees who care about their work & your experience. read more

I drive from Woodburn to Oregon City just to get my nails done here by Amy. I tried many other salons in my area and Salem and was very unhappy. Everyone here is great. BEWARE!! Fungi! They only do a partial fill. I had to pay the amount for a full set so do a proper fill. They had two didn't women working on me and it took so long to get them done because each nail was a diff shape and most had access powder under the nail that didn't get filed and kept catching on things. I had heard many complaints but was on a time schedule and went. After being my nails filled and redone for over 15 years and going to 9+ places within that time I got my first nail fungus. I will go back, just need to pay closer attn. For $70, it wasnt a great job. She also burned my eye brow while waxing. The acrylic is sub par I have bubbles in the acrylic on all of my nails. My nail tech seemed more interested in the soap opera playing on the television, than doing a good job or being not snooty. I went to her for over a year because she was so talented, but every month I dreaded going in because she was so mean and always scolding me... either my hands were too cold, or I put lotion on my hands, or I was too sensitive... every time I went in it was something negative! She never would converse with you unless she was scolding you! As the owner offering a service it shocks me how she treats her clients as well as her staff! This last week I went in there and just could not take how mean and rude she was and walked out! Been in several time prices are inconsistent. They consistanty use the dremil on my natural nail which burns. This last time I went in to have my nails taken off, instead of soaking my nails off like they should have John ripped my nail off with a fake nail all the way down to the matrix bed causing it to bleed and be exreamly painful. read more

I visited this location the Saturday before everything shut down for quarantine. I usually go elsewhere but this was the only place open. I had a shellac mani and pedi. The woman who did my nails was rude. She even looked annoyed when I wanted to upgrade to Deluxe. When I asked if that was a problem she said it's not my choice it's you getting it done. As we talked she frequently disagreed. . . Like that video on Demand through Comcast doesn't exist. She seemed as though anything I said she would disagree with. I was amazed how unpleasant she was as I continued to try to be nice. I left a large tip since they will be closed for a while. I hope that kindness begets kindness and she pays it forward.
