I'm sorry but i don't know my technician's name but she did an incredible job - Probably the best pedicure i have ever had due to multiple lotions and scrubs, paraffin soak, hot towels, mud, more massage, and then a hot rock massage, and polish. I was in heaven! I also had a manicure (natural nails) and a repair of one nail that was broken too low to cut, and my nails looked great! I also got a massage with the manicure and a lot of attention to detail. The whole experience was nothing but positive. They prefer tips to be paid in cash, which i will definitely be prepared for next time. (they also have an atm if you too don't carry enough cash for a tip.) read more

Very good experience! The massage chairs are better than most salons I've been to. They do great at a pedicure but I think the massage could've been done better. They did okay on the paint, I had some over painting onto my cuticles but the pain hasn't chipped and it's been about a month since I came in. Very nice people and a clean salon. read more

It was easy to get a last minute appointment for a spa pedicure. I was shown to my chair quickly, and help myself to a bottle of cold water out of the fridge. It took a while for the technician to come, and she didn't appear to speak one word of English. The pedicure was good, with lots of lotions, hot stones, paraffin wax, and a brief exfoliation with a yellow sponge. I wish they would've done a little bit more work on exfoliating, with a Dremel or razor, which is why I paid more for the deluxe service. read more

Hands down the BEST pedicure I've ever had!! It's been so long since I've had a pedicure because I've found that I have spent a ridiculous amount of money for someone to rush through everything and churn me out so they can fill the chair for the next person. At Annie Nails the entire experience is relaxing and rejuvenating. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Everything is clean and well kept and you feel at rest from the moment you walk in. I got the Ultimate Pedicure and Anna took such wonderful care throughout the entire process. She didn't rush, but took her time with each part of the pedicure. She was gentle, yet efficient. My girl friend and I made appt a day in advance. When we arrived we were greeted by name. Very nice greeting which set the tone for a much needed mani pedi relaxing experience. My tech's name is Mary. I highly recommend her. She was very detail oriented and did a great job. My buddy didnt catch her technician's name but my observation was she also did a nice job. TLDR: super nice staff, same-day appointments, and great atmosphere! I called today to make a same-day appointment for a gel manicure. Annie answered the call and booked me for an appointment within the hour. I have an auditory processing disorder, so nail salons are often a stressful place for me since I have trouble understanding people when there's background noise. I always have a plan for the color/shape I want before walking in just to make things easier. Lisa did my manicure, and I had a bit of trouble communicating with her about the glitter topper I wanted, so I just said the plain green color I chose would be fine! But she checked back in later to see if I wanted sparkles and got her manager (I assume Annie) to suggest some toppers, including a nice iridescent one. Lisa also checked in during the manicure to make sure I liked the color and the topper together. She was so sweet and made the process much less stressful than it usually is for me! I went to Annie's back in the beginning of June for a dip manicure and a pedicure. The environment was clean and relaxing, and they had a great selection of colors to choose from. The lady who did my nails even fixed a few of my nails by adding a fake nail and filing them down to match the length of my other nails since a few of my nails had broken. I have been searching for a new nail salon for awhile now. Unfortunately, my tried and true, has been declining for the past year and is definitely reflecting in the staff and overall vibe of the salon. Annie's nails salon caught my eye because it is conveniently located in the new Mary's woods complex in Lake Oswego. The salon is clean, tastefully decorated and great mellow vibe. My friend and I had a deluxe pedicures and were excellent. I had June and her artistic creation on my toes was amazing. It was freehand and not a stenciled. I was in town for Christmas and my husband and I went here for pedicures and a gel manicure for myself. Both of my services were great! Meticulous and fairly priced - so far the manicure is holding up well too. Unfortunately my husband's pedicure was subpar. His technician seemed uninterested in giving him a full pedicure. Barely filed down his calluses but more so left his nails jagged and sharp. To the point we had to file them ourselves later that day. My favorite place in town! I won't go anywhere else after finding Annie and her team. I never feel rushed and everyone there is so incredibly kind (they always remember who I am, even though they have so many customers!). I've never had problems getting an appointment. Every technician I've had is so attentive and truly caring. If I close my eyes to rest, it's often they'll recline the chair for me -- that level of hospitality is so sweet. Scheduled two Mani Pedi's and the Mani was wonderful. The lady did not understand what I was wanting for nail color. I went ahead and had a French mani and was surprised that there was no base coat put on. Then the lady moved me to the dryer and had not finished the mani. She left me there and came back 20 minutes later to put on a clear polish and then left me again for another 20 and came back to put on another coat of clear polish. The place I normally go in Washington always puts on a base coat then, a very light almost clear color, then puts on the tips and a topcoat. They don't leave me sitting at a dryer shoved in the front of the building and start working on another client. read more

I got a natural pedicure which was probably not necessary but it was fun to pick which scent i wanted, etc. Used regular polish. Got a bare bones manicure and it's very scratched up after 1 week.
