Don't book with this company! This man is truly rude! Verizon tow app sent him to me after I paid them over 150 for a tow because my sister was stuck on the highway. He asks my sister to send the money directly to him (and tried to charge us more than Verizon) . I explained to him that we paid already and his exact words where "I don't know why they do that shit " but you have to pay me. I told him I'm not paying twice and you accepted the route Verizon gave . He proceeds to tell me to stay stuck on the highway and hangs up in my face. Requested service thorough roadside assitance and paid through my insurance. I was given an estimated service time and a number. When I called the number provided, there was no answer. 2 hours after the service was expired I got a text asking for payment. There was introduction or even a price included. So I tried again to call but whoever was on the other line texted to they'll only communicate with me via text. When i explained that I was uncomfortable sending money to a random number (especially since i had paid through insurence already) the person said they'd block me. I was assigned Head to Tow LLC through Allstate Roadside Assistance, and it was by far the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I've ever had. They initially gave me an ETA that was over 3 hours away, but when that time finally came, they falsely marked the tow as "arrived" even though no one ever showed up. When I called their number, a woman answered, gave me a new ETA, and rudely hung up the phone. I called back again, and this time they said the provider would call and arrive within 15 minutes--but after that, they disconnected the line completely. Two more hours passed with no contact, no update, and no driver. I had to call Allstate again, and after nearly 4 hours total, they told me Head to Tow LLC claimed they couldn't locate my vehicle and would not be providing service at all. To make matters worse, the tow driver who falsely marked himself as "arrived" said it would be an extra $75 fee just because the vehicle was on the highway--a total scam. This company is dishonest, unreliable, and completely unprofessional. They lie about arrival times, hang up on customers, and waste your time with no intention of actually providing service. Literally the worst towing service ever! Wish I had seen these other reviews, as it shows it's a trend with this company. They said they'd only be 1 hour MAX, ended up finally getting my car dropped off 8 hours later after waiting 6 hours with no food, water, or air conditioning on the side of the road. I tried calling only to be sent to voicemail and texted back 2 hours at a time. Even had my wife call him just for him the blatantly lie to her about his ETA too! Ken was amazing! I had a "parking mishap"(understatement of the year) where one tire was off the ground and my car was stuck between a VERY steep driveway and ledge. And I mean STUCK. Plus, the car looked like it would flip over at any second. Ken was incredibly professional and while I was full of anxiety and worry, he was as cool as a cucumber. He checked out the car from every single angle and was very thoughtful about how to move the car without hurting himself and damaging property. It was like watching someone solve an insanely complicated puzzle. There is NO damage to the car at all. I thought that getting it off the ledge would destroy the undercarriage but he was SO careful and the car is fine. I truly can't believe he did what he did by himself. We're still talking about it. I had paid $180 for a flat bed tow- accidentally scheduled for the wrong day (Jan 25), when I go to reschedule (Feb 8) the tow truck is getting "worked on by a mechanic". Although my new appt. was on March 3- the tow truck "is still getting worked on". Almost 2 months later now, I haven't received nearly any updates (days to weeks to respond to text/call back), regardless of me calling and texting Head to Tow week-to-week following-up/waiting for their tow truck to be out of the shop. In the end they gave no refund at all (I was at least asking for mileage back since they did not tow my vehicle and for the inconvenience of me waiting for almost 2 months), or did any follow-up with me regarding a date they could pick up my vehicle. Very disappointed and will not use again. read more

If it were possible to give them zero stars I would! They are a bunch of lying thieves who take money, don't deliver services that was paid for, and then block numbers so they're not disturbed. The young man who answered the phone earlier in the day gave us the run around all day, was rude when questioned about the delay of service, and then blocked our numbers in the evening. They didn't tow the vehicle they were paid to tow! Now we cannot contact them. Filing complaints with the local authorities and the BBB. This is absolutely unacceptable. read more

I've literally wait over 6 hours for them to pick my car up , they wasted 6 hours of my time and never showed up . I kept calling their number no response and voicemail not set up . They literally kept saying 40 mins when I allowed 3 hours every time they stood me up . I would not recommend this company , or the company probably not so bad just need new workers ! read more

This "company" is fraudulent!!!! My vehicle was scheduled to be picked up between 3p and 4p for roadside assistance and this was the "company" of choice. When 4p came around there was still no one at my location to pick the vehicle up. After making a phone call to my insurance company they informed me that Head to Tow decided to cancel the tow without any notification or reasoning. Tried calling them several times buy continued to go straight to voicemail. You would think a company that is 24 hours would have someone near the phone at least around 4 or 5p. I believe this is a fraudulent company and would not recommend to anyone! read more
