In my experience, even completely non-accusatory questions about payments, remaining prepaid services, clarification of services, or scheduling were often met with responses that felt defensive and unprofessional. Most recently, I purchased a package for three microneedling treatments. The following day, before using any portion of the package, I texted and politely asked to cancel it and receive a refund. To her credit, Gigi refunded the entire amount promptly and without argument, and I genuinely appreciate that. However, shortly afterward, I received an automated Vagaro cancellation text addressed to "first name, (DO NOT BOOK) last name." The message showed "DO NOT BOOK" added directly to my name following my refund request. I found this incredibly unprofessional. A business owner absolutely has the right to decide they no longer want to accept a particular client, but marking my account "DO NOT BOOK" immediately following a straightforward refund request felt unnecessarily punitive. I had simply reconsidered an unused package the day after purchasing it. Seeing "DO NOT BOOK" attached to my name immediately afterward reinforced concerns I had already developed about how ordinary questions and uncomfortable interactions were handled. I'm sure this review will get a response as well. After years as a client, it's disappointing to be treated that way, but it confirmed I made the right choice to request the refund and find services elsewhere. -

When she finished, I was over the moon with how natural and beautiful my brows looked. This review is 100% honest and I have pictures to show. I have, once again, blocked her number. She is also the owner of the salon and this speaks volumes of their service. No customer should be threatened and harassed over and over again for leaving an honest review. Update. After writing this review I have received 11 harassing texts from Stephanie (the lash artist). I simply asked she be professional and also to respect my privacy and leave me alone. This has been the worst experience ever! The second picture is 2 weeks after I got the lashes. It has been so incredibly painful. Meh. After driving up to what looked like the most janky building in Tucson I wasn't surprised to see the quality of the interior. The whole placed smelled of mildew. The lash quality looks good, but I could feel chunks of glue hitting my lower lash area when I closed my eyes. It's REALLY uncomfortable. The lashes started falling out the first day. I took extra care of them, but they kept falling out. I washed them gently with baby soap and huge chunks of glue came off. I'm kind of glad to have them fall out quickly because it was just painful having them on. I had Stephanie, and I'm sure she usually does a great job, but I'm sorry to say I wasn't impressed.

She took time before and after each appointment to discuss my issues and questions as well as make recommendations for my skin routine moving forward. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and she helped dissect the different issues that are likely causing acne on the different parts of my face. I've learned a lot from her in the appointments I've had so far. I purchased a 3 visit Groupon for microdermabrasion, which was a great deal. She never made me feel like less of a customer due to my groupon-er status. She actually slightly altered my service based on what she felt my skin really needed. She did not push products on me or pressure me into scheduling future appointments. She has a great online scheduling system which includes confirmation email and reminders two days before an appointment, so helpful for forgetful people like me! She shares an office space with another business, it was tricky for me to find the first visit, so make sure you know where you're going. If you're looking for someone to really help you learn about and improve the long term health of your skin, I highly recommend her.
