Instead of creating a welcoming environment, it often feels negative and uncomfortable. It's also disheartening to see so many longtime stylists leave. As a customer, that says a lot about the work environment. What I found especially unprofessional was hearing previous stylists being spoken about negatively. Regardless of what happened behind the scenes, publicly criticizing former employees or discussing their financial situations is inappropriate and reflects poorly on the business. Clients shouldn't be put in the middle of workplace drama. I genuinely hoped this salon would continue to thrive because it once had talented stylists. Sadly, the professionalism and positive atmosphere that originally brought me here seem to be gone. I won't be returning, and I can no longer recommend this salon based on my experience.

I knew I should have just left when I had her start over twice and then began explaining to her how she could possibly do it so that i would like it. Bobby pins & hair spray was all she really did. I think she curled like a few pieces with a straightener after it was in the bun. I kid you not when I sat in my car and closed the door 2 pins fell out of my hair. I'm not sure how that was supposed to last all night at a wedding. I paid $75 dollars just drive home, take it down and do a better job myself.
