Dr. Suzie is kind and an expert in what she does. I've had 3 facials with her and left feeling relaxed and refreshed after each visit. She provides more than a spa experience. She took time before and after each appointment to discuss my issues and questions as well as make recommendations for my skin routine moving forward. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and she helped dissect the different issues that are likely causing acne on the different parts of my face. I've learned a lot from her in the appointments I've had so far. I purchased a 3 visit Groupon for microdermabrasion, which was a great deal. She never made me feel like less of a customer due to my groupon-er status. She actually slightly altered my service based on what she felt my skin really needed. She did not push products on me or pressure me into scheduling future appointments. She has a great online scheduling system which includes confirmation email and reminders two days before an appointment, so helpful for forgetful people like me! She shares an office space with another business, it was tricky for me to find the first visit, so make sure you know where you're going. If you're looking for someone to really help you learn about and improve the long term health of your skin, I highly recommend her. read more

I had no frame of reference from an expectation standpoint when I made my appointment here. I've had facials over the years, but nothing recently. I purchased a Groupon for a peel and microdermabrasion. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. (I left a message and received a prompt response). Doctor Suzie was extremely thorough and educated me about skin. She discussed my concerns and explained what she was going to do and what I should expect. I was very much at ease and truly felt like she genuinely cared about her clients. When she was finished, she gave me a follow up sheet along with some samples. She was extremely professional. My skin reacted pretty much exactly how she told me it would. So that was reassuring. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. The worst facial I've ever had. I went to get a glow and understand how to make my skin better, From me entering the building and encountering the rude front desk lady who didn't even acknowledge that I said good morning,since she was hiding behind her glass... which was odd for someone who works a front desk and deals with customers? Where's the customer service in that. To meeting with the skin specialist who diagnosed my skin, was rough when wiping the products off and who put specific products on my face that I asked her not to. Definitely will not be going back save your money. I was so excited for this facial it was a major disappointment. read more

I have only been going to Dr. Suzie for a year now, & she has changed my life - my skin has never looked this beautiful, ever. When I was a teenager, I suffered from cystic acne that left my face scarred throughout adulthood with red marks & enlarged pores. I noticed recently that I had begun to develop fine lines & wrinkles, black circles under my eyes, and dry patches on my cheeks. For once in my life, I can go out with absolutely no makeup on, and still feel like I am looking my very best. When I tell people my age, they can't believe it. Just had my second treatment with Dr. Suzie and I am impressed with her skill and professionalism. She is an obvious expert, has been in the skin care profession for a very long time and it shows as she is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, honest, and reasonably priced. She is working on correcting an issue due to the moon face I developed after a year long prescription plan on large doses of steroids. I feel at ease while undergoing treatment from Dr. Suzie which is so important, plus she threw in a couple of bonus'. Very nice! The lady working on my skin was not professional what so ever. She hardly knew what she was doing. She did not listen to my needs or my requests. Instead, she recommended another treatment that was on the pricey end of the spectrum. The treatment she said was supposedly a "better" one did not work or fulfilled my initial request.
