Never returned my calls, gave open ended responses to my questions, cancelled on me without even informing me. Use at your own risk

I said I knew that already that I needed to know where, was told that would be $520. So basically, no service given as I only got the same information that I gave them. That is such a rip off. Whoever sets these appointment should know more about the service that is being requested!!

BEWARE!!! Alabama Home Pros are NOT as advertised! Is there anything that I can say that is good…read moreabout Alabama Home-Pros? Not really! We had a water leak in a wall between our master bath and bedroom that was of course, causing standing water on the floor in the doorway of the bath right next to and on the bedroom side of the wall behind the sink - I called and left a message for our usual guy (at a different company) but he couldn't get to us for several days. I got online and looked for other options in my area and found HomePros. The webpage looked great... It was 1pm on Friday and being worried about it being the weekend - I called and after explaining my issue asked if they could come out same day. I was told they could so I put my name and info in the schedule and waited... waited and waited some more. At 745p I got a call saying the plumber was on the way. They arrived shortly after 8pm with computer tablet in hand and nothing else - they had NO idea why they were called and apparently had zero intention of doing anything about my issue. They looked at my wet floor, felt the wall and declared that I needed to call out a leak detection specialist and after the leak had been found then I could call them and they would do the repair. I explained we had a history of pin holes in our pex pipes in the walls but they were NOT interested in even cutting a hole to have a look. I was out $70 bucks just to have them come out and confirm that we had water on the floor. It was now late on Friday night and I STILL had a leak!!!! They left and I got on the phone with yet another 24/7 plumber in the area and we scheduled an appointment for first thing Saturday morning. Less than 2 hrs and 2 holes in my wall later, my plumbing problem was repaired! I had another pinhole!!!! Despite their web page stating that Alabama HomePros does leak detection, they DO NOT and I HIGHLY suggest you save yourself some time, money and LOTS of frustration if you have ANY water leaks and call someone else! Thanks for NOTHING Alabama HomePros!!!!!

Our two upstairs bathrooms are back to back, separated by a wall. Both sinks drained slowly and…read morewould also back up into the sink on the other side of the wall. House was built in 1936, so plumbing was done a bit different and it's also really old. Called Zoom Drain, spoke to Richard Manry, and he said he would come out to work on it...he arrived early..which was great. Shouldn't be too difficult, just snake to the drain and all is well....right???? Well...not so simple. Because this is such an old house the two sink drains converged in a "T" fitting in the wall. Richard said this type of "T" fitting is no longer used because when you push a snake through the drain of one sink and into the wall, instead of following a curved wall of a new style "T" fitting and being directed into the common part of the fitting and on out. The old fitting lets the snake go directly across to the other side and out the drain pipe of the opposing sink. So...how to curve and direct the snake to make a 45-degree turn and into the down pipe. The team of Richard and Jimmy had to innovate and they came up with a plan. Using a boroscope type camera inserted in the drain of one sink and looking at the inside of the "T" fitting they were able to direct and coax an auger/snake inserted through the drain pipe from the other bathroom. It took a few tries, they didn't give up, and they cleared the drain. Great effort...skill...imagination and just very nice people. I'm delighted with the service...Richard and Jimmy are the best and will call them again! I hope you will too!
