My Barber I use to go to in Temecula now works here which is even better because I live in the next town over (Perris). Emerson can get down when it comes to cutting hair. He's very detail oriented and takes his time to make sure I'm happy with my cut. Thanks brother! It's a chill atmosphere, the other barbers are friendly, and the owner is very laid back as well. I found it guys, I finally found it! A hidden gem in the middle of a 55 and over community. My barbershop... Nestled next to a Dominoes and what think is a dry cleaners!? Is a spot that I can put my daily stresses aside and just find some PEACE. I walk into the shop to be immediately greeted by the two friendly barbers Javier and Fermin. I stopped in without an appointment although I had set out for a haircut that morning. I was sort of greeted by a older lady outside the door she kinda asked if I was getting a haircut, I said yes and asked if she was a barber or stylist. I didn't get a confident answer affirming she was a barber so I asked again and got a more direct answer from the barber cutting hair. I went in and sat and he informed me he had 2 ahead of me and I could wait. I decided to let the lady cut my hair and received a quick Supercuts style cut, it was fine but with little precision and even less conversation. The shop was quiet even with 6 people in it, so not overly friendly. I may go back but since I'm new in town and don't have a regular shop I will try another the next time. read more

Amazing customer service at the end of the day. The barber shop was clean and had a cute theme going on. We got lucky with this barber. He was very patient, kind and so amazing with my son. I don't think we've ever had this kind of service . My sons hair cut was $15 and a bit more than I usually pay. I wasn't going to tip but decided to tip the little I had since I was so impressed with his customer service. I would recommend this barber to all. read more

I have had two shaves with Javier, and both outcomes have been above and beyond what was expected! It's not easy finding a good barber nowadays and I just got lucky and found two. I recently came across Sun City Barber. And Javier does amazing work! I appreciate the time, detail and skill he puts in and nothing feels rushed! I stopped in for a haircut and didn't feel like the employees were very professional considering the location. Being in sun city, it was mostly seniors in the shop. The barbers were cussing a lot and talking about hooking up with girls. If it were a bunch of young guys getting cuts I guess it would be ok but I felt awkward. Totally disrespectful way to conduct themselves especially in front of elderly people and women. I'm 42 and was offered a senior discount if over 65 Young guys need better manners. Also my simple haircut took about 30 min whereas I'm normally out in 10-15. Not a place I would go back to. read more

Walked in and honestly the place didn't look reputable at all. There wasn't anyone waiting as the stylist's appeared as if to not be bothered sitting in the barber chairs. They only seemed interested at looking at their phones. I will keep searching for a barber in town. Reading the other reviews I'm glad I didn't commit, I just saved 30 bucks of frustration. I knew this place had a bad vibe, but now reading it is clear it's also an unprofessional atmosphere. read more

Hello, I brought my son here a few weeks ago to get a haircut. We were planning to get a haircut style that still gives him hair and style but as he continued to count my sons hair I notified it started to have scratches and bumps on his back. The harder claimed it must've been dandruff and said he'll need to cut the hair more than I asked him to do. We had to pay 20$ for this! It truly wasn't worth it and we found out that you could only get these bumps if the barbers blades weren't cleaned. He stated that his blades were clean and that this had never happened before but lied! I do not recommend this shop. read more

Came in at 8:40am and there was only one lady Barber who was already working with her Customer and I waited for OVER 25 minutes for another Barber and then found out that the Barber was late, and that no one else could cut my hair. The Owner who doesn't cut hair and just stands there kept saying "he should be here any minute..." but he didn't bother to call him to see if and when he might be coming in at all that day. This is BAD BUSINESS and making your customer wait for someone who is late and may not show up at all that doesn't appreciate the fact that Customers allow him to have his job in the first place...Go to Paco's Fresh Cuts, Fadez N Bladez or Menifee Barbershop since they ALWAYS HAVE MORE THAN ONE BARBER WORKING and they definitely APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS... read more

Id highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for haircuts either for themselves or kids I brought my son here for his first haircut, nervous at first because as a girl that knows nothing about haircuts I came in not really knowing what I wanted for my son but he gave me options and worked with me as well as had patience as my son as he's never sat through a haircut. I can't tell you how long I've searched for a good Barbershop in the Menifee area. Javier and his team of Barbers are the most professional and talented in the local area. Shop is clean, prices are fair and on point if you are getting a weekly cut (Military) and the conversation just flows. I've lived here for 16 years and tried the local shops in the Menifee area... I bring my 14 year old here to get a cut with Georgie. The overall atmosphere of the shop is great all the barbers here are respectful, kind, and funny. They are affordable compared to other shops. They're respectful of your appointment time you won't waste your whole day like at other places. I got my haircut yesterday at this location and it was fantastic! The wait was a little long but I think that I arrived during a peak hour and it's right after everything is starting to open back up so I have no problem with that! Both staff members there were very nice and were cutting like pros as I waited. When. I got to the chair I showed Rose pictures of the haircut that I usually get and she exicuted it perfectly. On top of the excellent haircut she was very fast , the usual time that supercuts and mastercuts take is about a half hour, my experience here was about 15 minutes! Highly recommend atmosphere is great over all fantastic experience! read more

Finding it is a pain, it's in an older shopping center with little clusters of businesses and you have to battle Sun City drivers while trying to read the numbers above the doors. For the record, it's next to a nail salon in the units across from the Dollar Tree and thrift store. It's walk-ins only as far as I could tell, there is no sign in or anything, so it's up to you and the honor system to figure out when you're up. And let's face it, some people have no honor. Like I said, I waited over an hour, and that was in part due to men going ahead of me even though they arrived after me. The barbers don't take part in trying to keep things flowing either. I wanted a design shaved into the underside of my long hair, something I knew Beto could do because he had just done it to a relative of mine a few days earlier. When I FINALLY had to opportunity to get to his chair, I showed him what I wanted before even sitting down and he said he didn't have time to do it and for me to come back in about an hour. I had already waited an hour and there wasn't time to do it? The only reason I can come up with for this exchange is that the place was packed and that my design would take too long and he would miss out on the tips from the customers he wouldn't be able to take during the time he spent on me. His mistake, because I consider things like that and tip generously for a service that is well-provided. I am not local to this shop and had no intention of hanging out for another hour so I called the gas and my time a loss and never looked back. The disorganization and overall attitude of the place, not to mention the actual lack of service, makes it so that I have no want to ever recommend it to anyone.
