I chose this shop based on its great reviews, expecting a professional experience that felt a step above the budget chains. Unfortunately, it was the exact opposite, and I should have walked out the moment I stepped inside. The environment was highly unprofessional; loud music was blasting while two staff members lounged in barber chairs right in front of me, playing games on their phones. This is not the atmosphere you expect for a paid service. Worse, the equipment appeared to be low-quality and unhygienic. The battery trimmers kept snagging and pulling at my skin, leaving me with a painful breakout along the entire trim line. The razor felt dull, and I now have a large, infected ingrown hair on the front of my neck. Even the 'hot shave' was a letdown--a thin, overused towel that was warmed in a microwave rather than properly steamed. The service ended with a quick spritz of aftershave instead of a real application. This felt like an amateur operation. Maybe great for a kid but not for adults. I definitely won't be returning. read more

Tried to go get a cut at 3:20. Sorry it says walk-ins welcome, i walked in and the dude there said they weren't taking anybody cause they're about to close cause it's been slow. Sign says they don't close for 40 minutes if it's been slow why not take the walk-in? I don't think I'll ever go back. Looked like a nice place though. read more

Communication is SEVERELY lacking in this place. I had called the day before and asked if they had any appointments for Sunday. I was told that they had 2 9am and 1 10am appointment. I had scheduled for the 10am appointment, got there at 10:10am because I had made a wrong so that was my fault. Once inside, I was got to the counter and there's no receptionist but one of the barbers just saw that I was standing next to the counter so he came over and started talking to me. I let him know that I had a 10am with Andy. Andy wasn't there yet and was told that he should be getting there any minute so I sat down and waited, 10:40am was when I was finally told by someone else that Andy wasn't coming in. I understand that things happen but to let a first time client know 40 MINUTES after their scheduled appointment time that you're not coming is utterly appalling and disrespectful and supposedly "there was no one else" who could take me. I saw 2 guys just walking around doing nothing. Ridiculous! He could've and should've asked his colleagues if there was anyone who could take me when whatever issue he was having was happening before I even walked in the door instead of leaving me to sit for 30 minutes making me think that he was in his way. I was lucky enough to find another shop who was able to get me in at the last minute. But this place, TERRIBLE FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! read more

Make an appointment with Andres. He's been cutting my hair for close to a decade and it's perfect every time. I've even just shown him a picture of how I wanted my haircut and it comes out perfect every time. As for the barbershop itself, shop is new, nice and clean. Couldn't ask for a better barber shop to get a haircut. It's conveniently located off McCall and just be sure to make an appointment or call beforehand. People need to understand that on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings are the busiest times to get a haircut. Make an appointment and you shouldn't have a problem. read more

Happy I've tried this place! I got my haircut last weekend and it turned out great. I got a brew which is a nice treat! Then, this week I brought my son to get a kids haircut and was super happy with how it turned out. The barber did a great job and was very patient. Came across this barbershop last minute and decided to give it a shot, not disappointed with the results the vibe in here is great, had No appointment just walked in and my son was in a chair within the second of walking in, barber had little to no description on how to cut his hair and he killed it! 100% recommend if you're looking for a fresh cut for your little one or yourself! Walked in 45 minutes before closing mind you three of the barbers were open I asked if I could do a walk in all three of them looked at me and said no we're good! I own a small business and have 300 reviews on yelp and Google 4.5 stars I did not maintain that reputation by having employees with bad attitudes. I suggest the ownership make some major adjustments. I don't see this place staying open long. read more
