After texting and calling them NUMEROUS times, they charged me 80 bucks and sent me back my headphones. STILL BROKEN!!!! These guys are criminals. DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING. Absolutely the worst service I've received from any "company". I'm betting this is one guy working out of his house. I mailed my Parrot Ziks to be repaired as this was the recommended repair company from Parrot. I didn't think to check reviews very regretfully but since Parrot was recommending this company, I didn't think twice. My headphone were received by them on July 3rd. My headphones, which they couldn't repair, are still not in my possession. Today is August 29th. After no communication, like others who have posted, I finally had odd exchanges over text (I called and the response back was a text that said "please text.") I finally paid through PayPal to return my unfixed headphones. That was two weeks ago and they still haven't shipped. This business is a scam and should be shut down. read more

Sent my headphones to them and they told me it could not be repaired. They told me it would be returned to me and it still HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED. It has been several weeks since I requested they be returned to me. Most attempts to communicate have been met with silence and when I do reach someone they tell me they are "looking into my order/tracking number" with no follow up feedback. Terrible experience! I sent my headphones to Headphone Repair House two months ago and I still haven't received a single e-mail or phone call from them. While my headphones were repaired and returned promptly, the technician bungled the jack replacement, switching the left and right audio channels. I can't simply switch my headphones to the opposite ears to compensate because they are designed to fit L and R. He offered to reverse the mistake but I'd rather take my headphones elsewhere. read more

My Bose QuitComfort 15 head phones appeared to be broken forever on my last trip. I could see the problem (a wire had disconnected near the battery door) but I didn't have the tools to fix them. Before I tossed them I found "HRH" online, I was a bit hesitant, but figured I had nothing to lose. So I filled out the form and sent in the broken forever headphones. Within 2 days they both eMailed & Texted me that they received them. The next day they sent me the cost for the repairs (my original issue + a repair to the left speaker - which I hadn't notice weren't working, but recalled that they weren't working when they called it to my attention). The repairs + shipping + a 90 day warranty came out to 1/3 the cost of a new replacement...!! When I agreed, they went to work and by the end of the day they texted me this cool, very cool, video demonstrating (both visual & audio) my newly refurbished headphones. They sent me a Paypal Bill, I paid, and received the newly repaired headphones 4 days after I sent them in... Excellent, excellent service...!! PS..Don't let their communications grammar or their primitive on-line form concern you, all they need to do is to hire someone to clean those items up a bit.... But you know what? I was looking for a repair person that could fix my headphones - not an english major... Thanks folks great job..!! read more

False business! Returned my Bose Quiet Comfort headphones early July 2018 for repair to the address provided. Chased multiple times with a response saying they will look into it. I found Headphone Repair House through a google search. I live in Texas and was hesitant to send my son's Turtle Beach Headphones out of the state to be fixed. I contacted the shop via text with the number listed on the website and received a reply within minutes. After sending a picture of the broken headphones I was informed that they could be fixed. I filled out the form online and sent the package to the address that was provided. Within a week my son's headphones were fixed and ready to be shipped back to us. There was a 10% discount available and it was honored on the bill. I truly appreciate the fast response, the excellent work, and the exceptional customer service. Where to start....first contacted them after reviewing website regarding repair to my wife's headphones. Received email reply within the hour. Shipped headphones to them on 12/15, confirmed USPS delivery on 12/18. 'Next business day turnaround service' - WRONG. Heard nothing by 12/22, gave them benefit of the doubt because of holidays. On 12/22, I attempted to contact them by phone, leaving voicemail, and email, no response. Around 12/29, my wife left vague voice message acting as a new customer; they returned her call promptly. She was supplied excuses of 'holiday season' and 'hard to get part' (Beats Executive swivel/hinge). Said headphones almost done, would email invoice 'tonight or tomorrow'. Nothing. More calls and emails unanswered/unreturned. Finally received invoice 1/3. Website says they will contact you if part over $25. WRONG. Invoice billed for a total of $101.51; $45 flat rate fee plus about $55 for part without being contacted. I just wanted headphones back at this point, paid invoice through PayPal on 1/5. Headphones were finally received on 1/12, over three weeks after they received them. Don't believe their website. Customer service nonexistent. They apparently only answer calls or emails when they're soliciting your business. Although, ultimately, the headphones were repaired and returned, would NOT recommend them for any repair needs. read more
