I found this busy Starbucks off of 192. It was around 6:45pm Thursday, and their BOGO Happy Hour was ending in 15 minutes. It was busy on the inside, and the drive-thru was packed with bumper to bumper vehicles. I was the twelfth car in line, and it took me about 7 minutes to get to the window to pay, and get my drink. That was seriously, in record time. It was faster than any drive thru I've ever been to, and I was very thankful that I didn't sit in line for close to thirty minutes. The service was fast, on point, and the Barista made my day by being animated, playful, and full of life. I love it when I get service with a smile. read more

**Drive Thru Only Review** This location is open for mobile order pick up at the door, or drive thru only right now due to the pandemic. We went through the drive thru and it was quick and easy. The speaker was clear and the staff was quick to move the small line along. The barista at the window was friendly and the drink was correct. Still one of my favorite places to grab a coffee and sit or zoom through the drive thru for a latte on the go. Everytime I visit the baristas are friendly and make my drink just as I ordered it. On this particular visit the Batista greeted me over the drive thru making me feel as if I just walked in the door. She listened to my rather wordy drink order of an Iced Venti Blonde Smoked Butterscotch Latte and a double smoked bacon chicken panini, which she repeated back without a miss. Once I was at the window she was friendly with a smile and my total. After scanning my app she grabbed my drink and let me know it would be a few minutes on the sandwich. I love the drive through at this Starbucks location and visit whenever I have to stop by a business office nearby. They are fast and all of the staff is super friendly. I always find myself smiling and feeling good as I drive away. The best part is that my order comes out exactly as expected. I especially like that they put a label on their menu board if they have an item out of stock. It is not an unusual experience over the holidays to find a drink out of stock especially with delicious new drinks like the Irish Cream Cold Brew. Having a sign gives you time to pick a second favorite and saves some frustration by finding out that your first choice is out of stock after you ask for it. I have never been inside of the building but the outside is always clean. I'm not sure about the neighborhood that it is located in. I noticed that the shopping center behind the Starbucks has "lock your car" warning signs. This is never a good indicator so I just grab my drink and go. read more

It is located in a completely shitty part of Kissimmee, along US192/Vine Street, which typically has all sorts of unsavory characters hanging out along it, day or night. Parking is terrible and to get into the very limited parking area, you have to cross the drive-thru lane. Watch out for errant drivers, and good luck on waiting to back out when it's time to leave. Indoors, many staff members, a high number of workers ... but almost all devoted to the drive-thru lane. I ordered a simple brewed coffee and it was a Roman orgy with festival fireworks for these people to get it together. No wait inside yet it took nine minutes to deliver the coffee. I have never ever been the type to leave a review but I guess the time has come. Today around 7:30pm I decided to order a Venti iced pumkim spice latte, pumpim cream cold foam with caramel drizzle. They charged me $9.03 and I paid cash gave them $10.03 and they gave me $1 back, very important they didn't give me a receipt. I get my coffe and it's a frozen coffe w vanila and within 45 seconds I was back on the line. I let Jullie know I got the wrong drink and she asked me what I had order and she puts the order in again and tries to charge me. I tried to explain several times what had happened and she couldn't understand. All I wanted was my coffer that I paid $9.03 for. She had the audacity to tell me they were going to check the cameras and count the register I said go ahead. She comes back after 30 minutes and tells me that they didn't see anything in the cameras and her cash register was not short. She kept staring at me straight in my face without any resolution.I was there I paid cash and came right back to the drive through window to inform them of the mistake when they just seen you at the window and had the audacity to tell me that I was basically lying. I spent my time and money for this garbage customer service they didn't give me my money or the coffe. If it was up to me that's a 0 star. This is the first Starbucks that I have been too that is just messy, no costumer service and just plain everywhere. I ordered a venti pink drink and was not even a full drink, I ordered another grande double chocolate frap for the person that was with me and they took almost 20 minutes for us to receive our drinks and they gave her a Tall instead of a Grande. There was 6 employees and only two or three working. They just slide the drinks to us basically slamming it towards us without even looking at us or saying the drinks were ours. It seems Starbucks has become a part of my nearly every day narrative. Sometimes I just need a break. Or lunch, or a snack. Getting my coffee shock before my vacation morning workout! Then hitting the parks! Pretty nice medium sized Starbucks location. Drive thru. Small patio area out front with a few tables. Plenty of seating inside. Free wifi. Limited parking around it. Efficient baristas. One odd thing I noticed was the lack of wifi hogs here as it was totally empty. As far as a Starbucks goes this one is decent, and there are not that many around here at all. read more

This location is in one of the scratchier areas of Kissimmee but it sits well as a beacon for this community. This store is always pleasant to go to because the staff are kind and amazing, staff are always willing to fix any mistakes made but they do their job well enough that it doesn't happen often. Store is clean and the atmosphere is smooth and relaxed while baristas are hard at work. Definite recommend if you're in the area and need a smile on your face and a coffee in your hands! read more

Let me start by saying I am not a Starbucks person. I am much more of a Dunkin Donuts person. Just having to know the a large cup is a venti or whatever they call it is confusing to me. I have been to this stop a few times now. I try to stick to what I know I can order such as a caramel macchiato or a white chocolate mocha. The lines are usually long and busy and not the nicest employees, but again they are probably very overworked. They have the worst parking lot I have ever seen. Very small in the front of the store. It is a stand alone store located in a strip mall with an Amscot and a closed down Chase bank. The drive-thru lane usually backs out onto the main road and there is not enough space for a car to turn on to the drive thru lane and for a car to just drive in the lot. If that makes sense. I was a little taken aback by how messy the table where you add the sugar and powders and such was. This is something I usually don't see. It's expensive coffee but this location is always packed. read more

This is the closest Starbucks to my house, so you would think that I'm a frequent customer here, right? Well, unfortunately, that's not the case anymore. When I first moved to the area I used to go here all the time, I was friends with the staff and everyone knew me and my order. Overtime, the staff changed and they became less friendly, they didn't interact with the customer anymore and they seemed to only focus on getting your order and that's it. You know, the main thing for me at a coffee shop is the conversations you have, including with the baristas, and that's not happening here anymore. I don't know what has happened, but it's not been good in regards to the service they provide and I used to receive. As far as the drinks go, you can expect your regular Starbucks drink and snacks. However, I must admit, if they ever make your drink wrong, they seem very annoyed to want to correct it. So like I said, if they old staff was here, it would be getting a better review, this new staff, me no likey. read more

Came here on a Friday evening around 9pm. Steady but not super busy. Employees running around stressed out and there is a large spilled mess on floor in front of the area where you pick up your drink. I told employee about the mess and he said oh I know. There is only 3 of us working so...... And then I said well if I or someone slips and fall then your location will be in big trouble. And he walked off.
