She mentioned some sort of special wax that they use (as you can notice, I don't remember what it was exactly) and it was simple, painless and quick! I also was in the market for a classic updo, and she did exactly what I wanted! Updo's can be hard, because 1/2 the time I come out looking like I'm heading to a Prom '97 - but not this time.
