I had never had a bad nails experience before, I just went because I have a wedding this weekend and my normal salon was fully booked. If I wouldn't have had the wedding coming up I would have just cut my losses, but I didn't have a choice except to take another risk. After the terrible experience I had yesterday, I came here pretty apprehensive about trying ANOTHER new place after what happened before, but they totally saved the day!
