Went to this barber shop to get my nephew a haircut. So unprofessional!!!! Hours clearly state on the door that they're open from 9-7 on Saturdays. It's 5:53 and they're shutting down to walk out of the door. I ask if they're open because it was dark and there weren't any clients. I was told they were closed. When I asked if it was because the hours were inaccurate on the door, they said that the hours were correct. Hmmm........ Excuse my confusion, but if the hours are correct, why then are you shutting down and not offering any customer service? Probably a good idea we didn't get the haircut here because of their service is any indication, that would have been one messed up cut. ...and did I mention they had THE NERVE to have an attitude when I pointed out that THEIR HOURS said until 7? read more

I was over charged the advertised price, they could not make change (0 of 6 barbers), but the haircut was decent.

Popped in today they were hella crowded but.....weren't understaffed today. Everyone was polite and respectful. I noticed when anyone walked in they were greeted by staff almost immediately which is a nice touch, especially in a busy barber shop. Chad cut my Boys hair he was patient and gentle . Chad took his time and their hair turned out great. The shop was clean and the A/C was blasting which was a great relief on this very hot day. I brought my brother here and Chad cut his hair each time, the first cut was great and the other cuts he got were cool but today was just horrible. When I walked into HeadSprung Barber shop, I was greeted by friendly faces. Wes stepped up and offered his services. I explained the mess he would have to fix and he already knew what we wanted. My hair used to be mangled by the "stylists" at Supercuts and other businesses, but you will be impressed at wealth of skill and experience that is contained in this small business. Keep in mind that quality cuts do take some time, so if you have a preference for a particular barber, call ahead (or at least be prepared to wait). Chad, the owner, has cut hair for many years. He has a great sense of humor, is very respectful, and has a deep respect for the community and for the customer. He can cut interesting styles into your hair (think the looks displayed by Hakeem on Empire), as well as giving you incredibly sharp lines. I'm balding, and he can even make MY hair look good! Chris, Mike, Leo, and Bryan have over 70 years of experience between them, and also offer an incredibly enjoyable and professional experience. For anyone wanting a perfect haircut, please look no further. The prices ($20-$30) are well worth it, and this is probably the one place where I tip nearly every time that I go. Parking is everywhere, you should have no problem reaching this locale. Don't bother coming here if you want designs as well. Had been going there for months to Vinny who would always freestyle my hair if i wanted designs shaved in, who no longer works there. Resigned and went to the next available barber whose designs weren't as good and charged me twice the price I had been paying the previous barber.
