Schedule same day appointment- they responded within half an hour to schedule later that day. Was recommended this place from my brother- and my barber (Will) actually remembered him, which is a good sign that the business cares about customer relationships. They also do a loyalty program for a free cut after a certain number of visits. Clean location, was seen quickly (arrived earlier than scheduled appointment), prices are good ($20.00), and am happy with the haircut (got a really nice fade, he really took his time with that). Never got my beard trim. I made an appointment online and paid in advance. The day of my appointment I received multiple notifications with time changes. The final one was an hour and 30 minutes after my original time. I understand life happens but the barber Ryan (Finito) never called or texted me to try to work something out. Great service! Perfect haircuts!! I stopped in with my kids to have us all get haircuts before a big family party last week. We were pressed for time like usual and I dropped the ball by not scheduling in advanced to get us all haircuts a few days before our party. I took a gamble and loaded up my boys and headed to the to hopefully get seated for cuts right away. When we arrived I It was awesome, we were greeted and able to be seated one by one. The experience was really good and our cuts came out perfect. I'm really picky and being newer to the area I was a bit nervous to try a new barber but The barbers here had it all on point. This place is awful - avoid at all costs. Bro you will NOT get what you ask for! The service is bad and I was left waiting even tho I had an appt. Also the place smelled like weed, the dude was toking before he fucked up my cut. I can't recommend to anyone. CHECK THE DATES of the reviews before you decide to come here. I only picked this place because of the great reviews but they're outdated. Most good reviews are from 2+ years ago when this shop had many barbers.
