We have hired them to install a new door sweep on our historic front door, fix the wood/mounting for our kitchen floor and seal up some windows. The first guy from their team who "fixed" the kitchen floor ended up making it worse and I'll admit that we were quite frustrated. Fortunately, we shared our concerns and they sent someone new to properly fix it. Real wood floors are not cheap!
