Then I had asked for a soak off on my nails ; and new tips to be put on. Instead of soaking them off ; they wanted to pry them off! And then proceeded to tell me that it didn't hurt my nails....even though it peels off layers; after I kept complaining they finally decided to soak the remaining ones off. So my pictures can pretty much paint the rest of the story‼‼‼DON'T GO HERE ‼‼‼
