Honestly I have been 3 times now thinking that maybe it was just an off day for them...but sadly I was wrong. I just went for the 3rd time to get a full set with gel polish, Which do not get wrong it is a good price but not when they rush to get done. I picked out a a deep kinda dark gliter red and what i got was not close to the color I choose, some of my nail are to wide a bumpy. I am not one to really complain and yea i could have said something but i just did notbwantbto cause a scene caise even though i am not happy with yhe work i still have to pay for it. Gavebthem chance but i would not recommened them to anyone nor will i go back.

Missing part of my nail on pinky n middle finger

Worst place ever. I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 off and on. Never again. I have never had a spot under my natural nails much less missing fingernails in my life. I can't even stand looking at nails much less the pain it has caused.

    Nice, clean work

Located inside of Wal-Mart in Choctaw, OK I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service that I received. The shop was very clean, prompt and my nail tech provided attention to detail. I enjoyed the most the deluxe pedi with cucumber that I received. It was so relaxing and soothing to my feet. I will be coming back as they are near my father's home and they were affordable. Pedis start at $30 and up, full set nails with tips start at $25 and up.

The vibe there is absolutely terrible. It's like they hate that you're even there. Unfortunately, I…read morehad to go two days in a row because my nail chipped as soon as I got home. I asked this lady with reddish hair for a toe nail polish change. She tried to give me a pedicure. I asked for clear pink gel polish, she tried to put French tips. Just give me what I want. I don't want to be pressured for anything else! My boyfriend and I went the day before, and his nails looked better before he went in! It's like they pushed the cuticles back and didn't trim them at all. They tried to convince him to put clear gel polish which he didn't want! Rude workers, terrible service. I will not be back. Very disappointed.

I went to their new location on Hefner (between May/Penn). This location is new. Their original location is in Del City. I was greeted the moment I came in. And was waited on within 5 minutes of my arrival. I spoke with the owner, John, and he invisions this location to be appointment based, so they can give the quality time their customers deserve. They will take walk-ins, but they highly suggest making an appointment. I felt like I was having a private appointment. It wasn't crowded or loud. I was able to relax and truly enjoy my nail experience. I highly recommend this new NW OKC location.

Floor corners were dusty and rolling carts cluttered and tipped over in back corner. The staff was friendly and helpful but employees were sitting on their phones in pedicure chairs when I walked in. Following a pedicure the tech put trash from the service in the disposable liner and when going to throw it away dropped water from the bowl trailing to the back trash. She did not clean up the water or spray or wipe down the pedicure bowl after use. She did wear gloves and a mask during the service. The establishment has the means to be great with the techs skills and their location but sanitation is not up to par and needs to be addressed.

Then he cut the side of my toe (which hurt) and after I said ouch the 2nd time he said I had an ingrown toe nail and I needed to go see a doctor. I didn't have an in grown toe nail (still don't) and had a pedicure the previous month at a different salon and my "in grown toe nail" wasn't mentioned. They don't own up to their mistakes. He rushed through my pedi, I asked if he was going to file my toe nails, he snickered (again) and talked in his language, completely ignoring me again. I pointed out my toe nails were uneven and so he filed them and made them even more uneven... things escalated from there. Definitely not going back! Own up to your mistakes and stop lying!

Long time 20 year, on and off, customer of this shop and I only come here for pedicures…read more They used to be the best at getting ingrowns and pushing my cuticles back to get the dead skin out but here lately they've hired younger workers who aren't as thorough with the pedicure. My last pedicure in November a younger worker did it but when I got home and went to bed, dry scratchy skin scraped my sheets. Not good! This last time,,1/3/26 another young worker did my pedicure and they didnt put the cuticle cream to soften the cuticles, they just go in and scrape after soaking a few minutes. They didnt use the "cheese grater " file either on my feet. Just a purple scrub brush. I did ask her to spend more time scrubbing on the bottom of my feet because it might look smooth but its dry..I also asked for short toenails without a toenail but she seemed scared to go shorter, unlike prior older and more experienced workers have done with no issue. This used to be my go to pedicure place but now I'm back to looking or maybe next time Ill give another chance and ask for an older worker, I'm not sure. Im just not happy with how my feet look or feel. The worker also forgot to put a topcoat on my toes, so they look blah, not shiny or anything. So I'll go buy a topcoat to put on myself but for $70 including tip, I shouldn't have to. So, my advice to you going here, avoid the workers who look 15, make sure they are thorough with scrubbing your feet since they don't scrape, and make sure they put a topcoat.
