I went to their new location on Hefner (between May/Penn). This location is new. Their original location is in Del City. I was greeted the moment I came in. And was waited on within 5 minutes of my arrival. I spoke with the owner, John, and he invisions this location to be appointment based, so they can give the quality time their customers deserve. They will take walk-ins, but they highly suggest making an appointment. I felt like I was having a private appointment. It wasn't crowded or loud. She did not clean up the water or spray or wipe down the pedicure bowl after use. She did wear gloves and a mask during the service. The establishment has the means to be great with the techs skills and their location but sanitation is not up to par and needs to be addressed.

Waiting to get called wasn't bad. But then they called me and I waited a while in the chair. And…read morethen the 1st worker drilled off my gel polish and then put acetone foils on me. She then went to work on another customer...then helped about 3 more customers while I was waiting with acetone on my fingers for 25 minutes. I had to tell her that my skin was burning. She only removed the foils and continued working on multiple other customers. Finally she came back to work on me and she drilled off the remaining gel polish using the tools she was just using on another customer. All without washing hands or using gloves between customers. She damaged my nail beds by drilling too much. I was let to wait again for another maybe 15 minutes before a 2nd worker came to work on me. I asked for French tip but she couldn't do it after trying for a while. I had to settle for a last minute solid color. While the 2nd worker was working on me, the 1st worker was talking so bad about customers who come in and pay less than other high paying customers. Basically saying that the less you pay or you have one service, too bad and expect to wait while they work on high paying customers who are doing multiple services. 2 hours later, they finally finished my gel manicure...and I didn't even get what I asked for.

This lady (who I believe was a manager of some sort) was rude, impatient, and gave my mom one of the worst pedicure paint jobs I've ever seen which I will be redoing. She has absolutely no business working with the public and most certainly not an elderly patron. Spend your money elsewhere.
