Excellent massages and life changing experience!…read more I have been coming to Melodi for my weekly massages for over 4 years and she has done wonders to my body especially on my shoulders. The overall improvement on my mind and body is worth every penny. Located on Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Melodi's practice is inside a chiropractor's office on the 4th floor of a business building. Parking is ample right outside the building and there is elevator inside the building as well. I usually get 60 minute Swedish massage from Melodi and her technique and pressure are spot on. I had tight shoulders from working in an office and Melodi was able to relax them after one year of persistent work. In addition, I could tell my overall flexibility improved in my gym workout after receiving massages. After each massage session, my overall body feels so light and it is the one of the most wonderful feeling. As for the ambiance, the massage room is very private and it feels very peaceful. In addition, Melodi is kind and empathetic and will do everything possible to ensure her guests can benefit most from her sessions. Overall, I would highly recommend Melodi's service. I have tried many massage spas over the years and she is among the top 2 massage therapists I have ever had. You will not get fancy bathrobes or rain shower heads like in a Four Season hotel spas, but you will get better massage experience from her skills and experience at an affordable price.

When I cancelled my membership, I had to print a form, fill it out, and scan it back to them. The process wasn't something that could be done over the phone. Once I did that, I wasn't billed on August 17, 2024 and I was glad it was easy to stop my membership. The reason I stopped was because I have an ongoing subscription elsewhere that I need to start using and I don't need both. Once the other ends, I will definitely be back. The minor issues I didn't like here was the start and end time - some therapist don't do the full 45 mins when you pay for 60 mins. They take too much time off for the dressing part and consultation. Then management doesn't restock their water bottles all the time so you don't get your water at the end. Parking has never been an issue but it's a small lot and my friend had to park on the street when it was full. These aren't deal breakers but not 5 stars worthy.
