I only know this because I dropped my earring and turned the light on and was met with a very gross flooring. They don't use the table extension for you to put your face through. They just give you a little donut with a paper towel on it that's disgusting. You smash your face into the massage table over and over again during the massage. It's ironic because I saw the face hole extension things under the bed when I dropped my earring. They just don't use them. When they have you flip over they give you a pillow to lay your head on. If you turn the light on after your massage I'll see how disgusting that pillow is too. Yuck. Apparently there is a wine tasting room next-door. That sounds very appealing to get a massage and then go winetasting after I guess? However, you can just hear the live music booming through the walls while you're getting a massage. It's not very relaxing. During my experience my lady did not understand what the word "NO" meant. I think that she thinks it means to bruise me over and over and make me stop the massage. At the end, we went to give a $5 tip per massage (10%) and the owner demanded more saying it's a minimum of $10 tip per person. First of all, there's no such thing as a minimum tip. Second, $5 was too generous for the kind of massage we each got. I will not be going back and encourage you to go elsewhere as there are plenty of other great parlors in the area.

Otherwise, I wouldn't have even known there had been a change. No one had informed me that my appointment had been switched. When I asked where Sky was, he explained (with some difficulty due to a language barrier) that she was working with a walk-in client. This was confusing and frustrating, as I had booked ahead specifically to see her. It was unclear why a walk-in was given priority over a confirmed appointment. I was already in a lot of pain and really needed relief, so I decided to continue. The therapist was kind, but because of the language barrier, he had trouble understanding my concerns. Unfortunately, the massage did not address my problem areas and did not provide the relief I was hoping for. The spa itself is clean, calm, and well maintained, and I have no complaints about the facility. My disappointment comes from the lack of communication, organization, and professionalism. When clients book with a specific therapist -- especially for pain-related issues -- that commitment should be honored, or at the very least clearly communicated in advance. This was my first visit, and I truly wanted to love this place. Instead, I left feeling disappointed and hesitant to return or recommend it. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reaches out to make this right, as this experience did not reflect the level of service I was expecting for the price.
