Our baby girl Raisin!!
courtney p.

So grateful we found Dr. Hebbler!! Our little pug Raisin had a horrible reaction to her puppy vaccines, they left her paralyzed and we were at a loss. Her treatments at the neurologist were making her worse. Dr. Hebbler brought her back. She detoxed the vaccines, strengthened her immune system and got us connected with the right physical therapist to get Raisin strong again. I am forever thankful for all she has done for our family. Raisin is a happy, healthy and strong (running and jumping) 4 year old now!! :)

Rocky treated an happy nearing his 14th birthday

I brought in my then 11 year old blue weimeraner(Rocky), who we thought was nearing his end, he couldn't walk very far and would spend most days in bed. Rocky saw Dr Hebbler and she totally changed his diet and put him on a series of supplements. I'm happy to say that Rocky is going to be celebrating his 14th birthday in a few months. He is doing great. He gets his daily walks and enjoys sun bathing.

This is Beverly and Paul Woodward with our dog Mitzie!

Awful experience. Non communicative despite taking my payment. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I appreciate that they are easy to reach/communicate with (can contact over phone/text), that the vets call you directly to review lab results, and they run the cost of each service with you beforehand so you can be prepared. I have never felt pressured by them or upsold for things he didn't need and really trust all of their recommendations/expertise. We recently had a dental procedure for Yoshi and they took such good care of him. They made sure I had an estimate ahead of time, updated me when he was going under anesthesia, and called me to review what options we had for the care he needed. I was updated with a quote on the phone immediately and we were able to proceed with no issues. They made sure to check in the following day to make sure Yoshi was doing well and had everything he needed. I appreciate the wonderful team at RSF vet hospital for their care and giving me more years with a healthy Yosh! I can't recommend them enough!

Run far from this vet office. Do NOT bring senior or sick pets here (or any pets!)…read more I was a loyal client of this practice for over 10 years, and the way my senior cat and I were treated during his time of need was devastating, unprofessional, and deeply traumatizing. When my senior cat became showed signs of issues, this office was unable and unwilling to provide appropriate care or clear communication. After spending a significant amount of money on testing, the original veterinarian I saw was fired the day they saw my cat. They didn't care to tell me or why or communicate about it until I directly asked. Dr. Ellis then took over my cat's care, who we had seen before. In my experience, Dr. Ellis misdiagnosed my cat and prescribed multiple medications without adequately explaining risks or potential side effects. I was explicitly told that one medication would cause "no harm." Despite repeatedly raising concerns about my cat's sensitivities and giving medication, my concerns were dismissed. After being heavily medicated by Dr Ellis, my cat's health declined significantly, and no one from the office followed up to check on him or assess how he was responding to treatment. When I called multiple times asking to speak directly with Dr. Ellis to understand what was happening, she refused to spend even a few minutes on the phone with me, stating she was too busy. My emails with urgent questions were either ignored and met with minimal, delayed responses. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was presented with new, unrelated possible diagnoses and encouraged to pay for additional tests that did not align with my cat's original issue. A week later, I demanded bloodwork because I knew something was seriously wrong. The results showed a significant decline. Prior to seeing Dr. Ellis, my cat had excellent bloodwork. Despite this clear change, Dr. Ellis and the team took no accountability, offered no apology, and provided no explanation or plan to address the decline or solution. The office manager, Lesli, was also unkind and dismissive during this process, adding to an already distressing experience when I was grieving, scared, and advocating for my pet. When I confronter her about how we were treated she got aggressive on the phone and was very unprofessional. Don't be fooled - she doesn't care about pets or people. I later sought opinions from three other veterinarians. All stated that my cat's case was not handled in the way they would have managed it and questioned why he had been prescribed so much medication. They confirmed that the root cause of his condition had not been properly identified and that they would not have treated him in this way. Beyond the medical failures, the lack of empathy was shocking. I was treated as an inconvenience and, at times, blamed for asking questions. This practice has clearly declined--corporate-driven, outdated technology, dirty facilities, and no direct way to communicate with a doctor during urgent situations. No one cared when I called crying or that this vet refused to provide communication and answers (or kindness in the process). I trusted this office for over a decade. When my pet needed them most, they failed us completely. If you love your pet, especially if they are senior or medically fragile, I strongly urge you to seek care elsewhere. Find a vet that actually cares about you and your pets health and wellbeing.

What other vet is open on a Sunday besides an emergency vet?! Love ALL the staff-knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring & nice! The tech before the vet came in, asked really good questions to help understand the issue. Loved that Dr. Greenfield got down on the floor to greet our little boy AND remembered what he treated him last for over 1/2 a year ago. Asking update questions. Both natural help & medical from their vets. Only took seconds for Dr. Greenfield to figure out what caused our little boy Cashew's issue by asking us the perfect questions and info that triggered us to give the issue's answer. He gave us a natural suppliment to help that they had there. Once home, our little boy is regular again and feeling so much better. The BEST vet clinic ever! Seriously! We've had so many bad, thank God we found this place and Dr. Sheila again too!

I did research on where to take my dog for a spay for years…read more It was very stressful reading studies, forums, and different opinions on whether we should do a traditional spay, an OSS, or ultimately a laparoscopic ovariectomy (LOVE spay). After a lot of research, we decided the LOVE spay was the best option for our girl. I came across Dr. Ryan Tedder at Coastal Animal Hospital. I was nervous about the procedure, but wow, this doctor is an absolute GEM. If only everyone was like him! He took the time to fully explain the LOVE spay procedure, answered all of our questions, and eased every doubt we had. The day came, and it was a successful surgery. Dr. Tedder called afterward, walked us through exactly how everything went, and when we picked her up, he went through everything again with us and explained her recovery. This is a far drive for us, but we will absolutely make it every single time if it means receiving this level of care for our girl. If you're worried about the LOVE spay or are thinking about this clinic, I promise you this is the right place. The staff is great, with the all-star Dr. Tedder manning the helm. Thank you for taking such amazing care of our girl.
