Awful experience. Non communicative despite taking my payment. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Very unprofessional. The veterinarian only takes money from clients and charges too much for services. They will prescribe a lot of remedies without properly giving prices on the remedies giving the clients a surprise once they finally thought of charging the clients for all the things they sent even though it's not needed. She's basically overcharging clients to pay her own dues without even providing great service. Dr Tamara Hebbler is even very hard to communicate with, you need to contact tons of numbers and I'm confused who I'm talking to. Not worth every penny to get service here. read more

Dr. Hebbler is the most talented and knowlegable vet I have met. She has taught us so much about the health of our animals and has also helped us overcome a severe auto-immune disease my rescue boxer suffers from. So grateful we found Dr. Hebbler!! Our little pug Raisin had a horrible reaction to her puppy vaccines, they left her paralyzed and we were at a loss. I brought in my then 11 year old blue weimeraner(Rocky), who we thought was nearing his end, he couldn't walk very far and would spend most days in bed. Rocky saw Dr Hebbler and she totally changed his diet and put him on a series of supplements. I'm happy to say that Rocky is going to be celebrating his 14th birthday in a few months. I simply cannot express enough, my feelings of wonder and gratitude for Dr. Hebbler's being in this world. She is an amazing Veterinarian, and she is an extraordinary human being. I feel blessed to know her, and I call her my little Guardian Angel, and I'm proud to be one of her patients. When my baby Muffin (See photos of my babies, Cassie and Muffin above) became seriously ill (think life and death), I called Dr Hebbler and left a message- and someone got back to me the next day. When she called I told the Doctor my story about how suddenly Muffin started falling over, and became unable to walk, would not eat or play, and cried all the time. She was only a year and a half and I was hysterical, I couldn't stop crying. During the initial phone interview she asked me if Muffin had been vaccinated recently, which she had. She told me she could help me and to bring Muffin in right away. She told me she believed Muffin was the victim of vaccinosis. I had never heard of this but when I went to see her she explained everything about the rabies vaccine and vaccinosis, and she told me she thought she could definitely help Muffin. She spent lots and lots of time with me, answered all my questions, and did not rush me out of the office like most medical people. She is so kind and loving, and so intelligent and full of knowledge, I simply am spoiled for LIFE. Now no other Vet will do, All the other medical professionals I had taken her to had told me that she would have a very short lifespan, and would need to be on steriods the rest of her life, because she had what they called Yorkie Encephalitis. Four and a half years later, after intensive therapy and every modality known to man (LOL) (Well it SEEMED like that), Muffin recovered completely. Muffin is completely CURED!!! She is playing and eating and barking and jumping around, like she was never ill. My baby is herself again. . She is NOT on steroids, but she IS on lots of natural holistic supplements. She is happier and more energetic than she has ever been. Dr. Hebbler is a TREASURE. She herself is a miracle. So, if you treasure your fur kids like I do, you would do well by seeing this remarkable person and I give her my highest recommendation. To me there is no one better. I am constantly amazed by her. Dr. Hebbler has treated 4 of my animals and has done an amazing job! I brought my Westie mix Sunny in and she was very aggressive at first but within 5 minutes of being in Dr. Hebbler's lap receiving energy work she calmed right down and actually started falling asleep! Dr. Hebbler ended up making a house call that same night and treated Sunny as if she was her own. She really brings a calm and loving energy into the practice, which is important when dealing with animals. They truly feed off of this energy and it creates a calm state for them when dealing with usually high stress situations. I highly recommend Dr. Hebbler! Dr. Hebbler and her staff have been wonderful. I took my ten year old Bichon to her after she spent two nights in the ER very lethargic and vomiting. They could find nothing wrong. Dr. Hebbler put her on some herbs and remedies immediately. Not only did Mitzie recover, but she now acts like a three year old pup. She had a problem with incontinence which had been treated with some powerful drugs for about two years which did not get better. Dr. AMara is quite simply a miracle worker. I cannot praise her enough for giving me my dog back. After he had been suffering greatly for over a year and a conventional vet - unable to even correctly diagnose the problem-sent him home to die with drugs and a prognosis of a few months to live, she took him off the drugs and completely turned him around in a few weeks time, all done mostly long distance as we live in different states. He is now like a new dog--happier and healthier than he has been in years. The change is quite astounding. She has quite a gift and I am so grateful we found her. We are so lucky she took us on as she is quite in demand.I don't know of any vet like her, with her skills and healing ability; she is truly a one of a kind. My experience with Dr. Hebbler has been very frustrating. Available on very limited occasions, very expensive, non-responsive to e-mails and telephone calls,and charges you for a telephone call (if you're lucky enough to get one). Just mail her a check and don't bother her with your animal's problems. The office is very ill run and dirty. Not a professional group by any means and I've never seen the loving heart mentioned by another reviewer. Since she has not responded to 5 recent phone calls and the same number of e-mails, I fail to see any "caring" in her nature. Don't waste your money - or if you do - don't expect much in return. I am extremely unhappy with Healing Hope. I brought our pug, Chuck, to this vet specifically to get an anesthesia free dental cleaning. The website for Healing Hope does NOT say they outsource the teeth cleaning to Qualified Pet Dental. It only states that it is performed by a professional dental hygenist. When I spoke to Healing Hope on the phone to make the appointment, they do not tell you this either. When I was contacted by Healing Hope two days prior to my dog's appointment(to give them a $50 deposit), it was suggested that I also spend an additional $35 to have Dr. Hebbler give my dog a dental exam so that if there was additional dental work that needed to be done besides the cleaning, it would be authorized. I agreed just in case there were some bad teeth(pugs are known to have dental issues). First of all, our dental "exam" with Dr. Hebbler, was a waste of time and money. My dog was a bit squirrley, even with the holistic calming aids and it was difficult for the vet to look in his mouth. Dr. Hebbler proceeded to tell me that my dog should be on a raw diet, doesn't need yearly vaccines, shouldn't poop four times a day, and is WAY too thin. As pugs go, he IS quite thin and muscular, but he has been that way since he was a very small puppy. I have had him since six weeks old, we have always given him very high quality kibble, not a lot of people food(except fruit and veggies), and lots of exercise. He also also has a luxating patella, and our regular vet likes us to keep him thin so his knee doesn't bother him. Our other pug gets the same food and exercise, is not quite as thin, but also has a stockier build. Both dogs are extremely healthy with no breed related health issues. I listened to Dr. Hebbler tell me that I needed to bring my husband in to discuss switching to a raw food diet. I just wanted to get to the cleaning and get the hell out of there. As for the teeth cleaning, I was in the waiting room, not even ten feet from where Chuck was getting his teeth cleaned. If there was a problem, the hygenist could have come out to talk to me. Instead, when she was finished, she came out holding two of Chuck's front bottom teeth(a bit bloodied, too!)!. She told me they were very loose and causing him problems. She kept saying he would be much happier now! I knew that they were loose, and had been for quite some time, and were part of his under bite. I asked if she had used anesthesia and she said no, but it only hurt for a second! What the #^!*&^%!!!!! I was furious and dumbfounded! Who pulls a dog's teeth without consulting the owner and without anesthesia??? Before I could go off on the hygenist, the office manager comes up to collect more money from me, and to ask when I want to schedule an appointment for blood work because Dr. Hebbler thinks that Chuck is VERY sick and there is something VERY wrong with him. I explained that he had a full physical in May, by our wonderful vet, Dr, Nancy Bushnell, and he is fine. I told her he had also been to the vet the end of September for urinary tract infection, so the vet had recently seen him. The office manager said, "well, if you want a second opinion...and he should have bloodwork every year". These people are QUACKS. I was so upset, I paid and got out of there as fast as I could. I couldn't even think straight I was so angry. After I got home and talked to my husband about it, I calmed down a bit. I am still considering legal action. Dr. Hebbler has no idea about my dog, and Qualified Pet Dental should NOT be allowed to clean dog's teeth. I would give zero stars, but Chuck's teeth do seem cleaner, so I am giving one. Do NOT use either of these companies for your dog. read more

Dr Hebbler is a very talented and caring vet with so much knowledge and expertise. She is extremely skilled at homeopathy and is very in tune with the animals. She works with an integrative approach, which includes diet, supplements and homeopathics flower essences and more. I trust her 100% with my dogs and value her opinion and treatment plan options. I have read the reviews of some people who were not happy. Those reviewers do not understand how holistic therapies work, not do they understand the value of this amazing woman.The traditional vets prescribe so many medications which can have many side effects. I have had all my dogs on a raw food diet for many years and they have all been so healthy, which I believe is largely a result of the excellent diet the are on. I have a senior pet now and Dr Hebbler is helping us to support her immune system, help with some arthritis and keep her happy. Dr Hebbler is a true healer. She not only helped our dogs Davey and Buzzy (newfoundlands), but she has assisted me and my husband as well. Davey (5 1/2) was over-vaccinated and mis-diagnosed as a puppy, in result has developed severe skin infections and allergies. After years of trying to figure it out through traditional veterinarian medicine, he only got worse. Davey seemed depressed, out of sorts, not interested in going on walks, playing or eating. Not to say that veterinarians shouldn't be compensated reasonably but I've paid a good bit less than that to see the my own therapist for the same amount of time.
