I thought their online sign up flow was great. Once we arrived, the waiting room of the space smelled great, was very relaxing and we were greeted by one of our masseuse's. They also welcomed another couple out from the end of their massage and were super chatty with them so we had to wait a little bit which wasn't a big deal. We decided to do a joint couples 60-min deep tissue massage. I felt like my experience was very positive with Michelle - she got into all the nooks and crannies that I desperately needed worked out and it was an overall very positive experience for me. However, my husband didn't feel like his massage was as deep tissue as he would like. He was asked if the pressure was good and he did ask for it firmer but he said that after 30 seconds, the pressure went back to the same and that it just felt like a full body rub down instead of true deep tissue work.
