I perked up twice and asked the guy to go lighter, and he didn't. It was so bad that I got up and called it all off when I was supposed to do 90min. They didn't apologize and they still charged me the full amount for the 60min despite how shaken up I was from the experience. At the very least, go to a place where they listen to your feedback when you give it to them. This experience was so traumatizing that I will have a hard time going in for a massage for a long time - and this is from someone who gets massages regularly.

When I finally had a chance to stop by I was face with disregard, then I finally called since I didn't hear from the owner about a month later, I was told they had been discarded. Unfortunately, there was no notice given, and the conversation felt more argumentative than understanding. These sunglasses were sentimental to me, and while I understand that businesses may have policies, I was disappointed by the lack of care and communication around a client's personal belongings. This experience affected my trust and overall impression of customer care. A month is not enough to trow customer belongings away without calling them first and assuring that they'll stop by to pick them up and assume that they'll just be forgotten. This is not so much about the sentimental value of the sunglasses but about being respected and treated with dignity. I hate to have to leave a bad review for them as is sometimes I almost never like to do but given her mannerism and demeanor I cat let this happen to another person and to our community.
