My husband purchased a groupon for me as a Valentine's Day gift and I just used it this past Friday it was a 90 min massage and a chiropractic exam, the chiropractor was great very nice and respectful no complaints there. The massage on the other hand was extremely uncomfortable and I definitely felt violated by the time I left my appointment. Which apparently was scheduled after hours because when I left there NO ONE was there no other staff members, nobody and that was very unprofessional. I felt uneasy knowing that I just in there ... alone in that entire office. I will be contacting the office come Monday to file an official complaint. This is not ok, clearly I am not the only one who felt uneasy who felt violated and yet this man is still working there having access to many other vulnerable women that are damn near naked. I will not be returning. I have gotten chiropractic care on a routine basis for over 10 years and know my issues well. I had just moved, was on a monthly schedule with my old chiropractor, and wanted to establish in a new clinic. This chiropractor only wanted to focus on my neck (in fact it would be the ONLY thing he would adjust for the first 6 weeks). I have scoliosis and a herniated disc in my lower back, which I informed him, and he still stuck to this. He said if I was in acute pain, I could get my back adjusted by my old chiropractor and then get started with him. Seriously!? He also wanted XRays, I told him I had just found out I was pregnant and he said he could still get XRays, it just depended on if I was comfortable. NO! I am not comfortable! i met ryann at the fair where she was signing up people that wanted to see a chiropractor. i was having back pain from a previous melenoma surgery on my upper shoulder. the surgery was very deep and formed a 8x10 scar from my shoulder to my spine. it was pulling my head toward the right shoulder and pulled my shoulder up toward my ear. i held this position for about a year until it felt ok to straighten up. well, when i straightend up, my shoulders were about 1/2 inch out of alignment from shoulder to shoulder. i had been to other chiropractors for years over and over with no improvement to my discomfort. others would just adjust the site of the injury, temporaraly releiving my pain and had no plan for on going thearpy. i just felt no one could help me for the long term; ryann convinced me dr croxford could. i started seeing dr. croxford on a regular basis about three years ago. he told me he could manipulate that malalignment by adjusting my neck and it would probably take at least 2 yrs to see improvement because it was an old injury and healing doesn't happen overnighrt. he explained an unwinding of the bodies injury and how it could be returned back to the original state. i've been seeing dr. croxford for approxamitly 4 yrs now and am happy to say that i have improved so much since we first started working on my alignment problems that i only go now when i have other issues caused by mishaps i have at work or around home. recently i had a surgery and had some shortness of breath issues afterwords. i went to e.r., p.c.p. and another doctor for help with this problem. they all came to the same conclusion.... nothing wrong, lungs and breathing were just fine??? it was so unconfortable to feel this way (about 3 wks) and couldn't find any resolution. i was feeling so strest out and tense with no releif in sight. i decided to go see dr. croxford for stress releif. when i told dr. croxford how i was feeling, all of the sudden i have an answer. he explains that when you have surgery, you are turned and moved around with such loose mucles from the anisthesia that you become out of alignment which can cause strain on the diaphram and cause shortness of breath. i was so happy he could explain that, and very surprised it was so obvious to him when all of the so called "traditional doctors" just blew me off with no concern to how i was feeling. dr. croxford adjusted me and i had instant releif. i felt i could fully breath. he had me come back after 2 weeks for another adjustment and i have been fine ever since!! just imagine that...... 3 traditional doctors and weeks of suffering (at a cost of about $2000.00) and dr. croxford has it figured out instantly and gives me releif instantly...... (at a cost of $120.00.) i feel so lucky to have found such a great chiropractor. i am a big fan of his! obviously, and would recommend him to everyone. he is very special as well as all the people in his whole practice. very helpful, profesional and friendly. they offer the real thing at a real price. read more

This is the best chiropractic clinic I've ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly, pleasant, professional and thorough. They greet you, make you feel welcome, explain everything thoroughly, provide education and feedback, and make the experience pleasant and relaxing. From the very first adjustment, Dr. Croxford was able to relieve low back and tailbone pain that I'd had for 1 year after a fall and injury without relief. My sleep has been improved, and the adjustments relieved symptoms I was unaware that I'd had before. He talks to you through every step of therapy, answers questions, and the adjustments are very gentle and effective. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming and there is a room with soft music, dim lights, and reclining chairs to rest in after your adjustment while your body rests and heals.
